Liked: Tom was a fantastic host (his temporary replacement while he was outta of town - Mika - was great as well). What ever you do, if you take the train, don't try to walk from Lesce. Take a taxi, it's worth it. However, once you're at the hostel, it's easy to walk anywhere (even to nearby villages, go to Vintgar!). We were the only ones in the hostel, but it was great nonetheless. Felt like home (too bad there was no kitchen, but it's in the works). If your interested in Bled, stay here, it's a great place!

Liked: Staff were extremely helpfull and spent time suggesting what to do and see, and where to go for the best lake views and the best and cheapest places to eat.

Liked: Owner very helpful about places to go, things to see & do around Bled. Its not a big hostel, or a party place, its a bit out of town and quieter which is what I wanted. Friendly travellers there when I was there. Pretty new place, I think he's working on adding more facilities in the future e.g kitchen etc.

Liked: A great hostel, would recommend to anyone. The owner is great, very helpful & friendly & has a gorgeous dog!! The hostel was very quiet while we were there so it wasnt great for meeting people although through busier periods the backyard would be a great place to hang out.

Liked: Lovely place - the beds are the most comfortable I stayed in during my trip! plenty of bathrooms, free internet. The owner was very helpful and gave us great advice on day trips around Bled. The place is very clean and secure. Just a shame it doesn't have a kitchen (but there are some cheap restauruants in town where you can get main courses for about €7). Lovely view of the surrunding hills from the balcony. Great atmosphere.

Liked: The owner is very friendly! The hostel is a little further from the lake than the others but it only takes ~5 mins to walk down.

Liked: As stated there is no kitchen at the hostel because it has only been open a short while. We still found it good value for money and the owner Tom was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely reccomend it! Location is good- maybe 5 mins longer to walk from the lakethen some of the other hostels but worth it!

Liked: Tomi the owner is a legend! He was so helpful and friendly, even driving us back to the train station for free. The hostel itself is also great, really clean and tidy the rooms are nice and spacious and although it is a little walk from town its really nice to be in the country side and its much closer to the gorge. Thanks Tomi!

Liked: The place is a tiny bit outside the city but it's in a really nice neighborhood and easily accessible from the main bus station. Also, all the furniture is new and nice and the guy who owns that thing is always there and very helpful.
