Liked: The B&B situated in a quiet area of Bled, but it isn't far (15-minute walk) from the town centre. Bojan Mlinar speaks good English and he gave us all information what we needed about this beautiful town. The room and the bathroom were big and clean, and we had great breakfast as well.

Liked: Slightly away from the hotels, etc, i.e. very peaceful, quiet setting, yet it s 10 minutes walk from the lake and the centre.Clean and homey.

Liked: nice private house on grounf floor supplying its upper floor and "basement" to customers as accomodation..if you plan to take "twin ensuite" it will probably be at basement..double ensuites are upper floor..far away from city centre but not a way too much to walk (daytime only; at nights does not have a illuminated way)..ligth and average buffet breakfast at their own basement kitchen not that much fantastic as mentioned at some comments (at least for us)..i would advise to stay at south west of the lake if you plan to swim and get rest..east is more popular and not enough clean to swim as it is the centre..

Liked: Pension Mlinar is situated in a quiet, idyllic suburb, approximately 10 - 12 minutes walk to the lake shore (if arriving by bus, alight at the first bus stop as you get in to Bled - not the main and last one closer to the lake. The pension is only a 5 minute walk away from the first bus stop and relatively easy to find from there). The en-suite double we stayed in was extremely clean and comfortable, had its own private balcony, and the room came with a TV (numerous english channels available), hairdryer and a small fridge. Free internet is also available from a single computer in the hallway (although internet speed was frustratingly slooooow - not sure if this was just a temporary problem though). Bojan was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast included scrambled eggs, bacon, bread, cold meats and cheese, yoghurt, fruit, tea and coffee. We (a couple 30yrs and 26 yrs) essentially wanted a clean, quiet, and secure place to use as our base from which to explore the town and surrounding area and this pension suited our needs perfectly. I would definitely recommend Pension Mlinar to anyone thinking of visiting Bled!

Liked: It was very lucky to find this accommodation in Bled. Staff are so lovely and even they don't speak English (except for owner Bojan) I enjoyed to communicate to them with some Slovenian and 90% body language :)I'll definetely come back here in near future again!!! They are my family in Slovenia!

Liked: It's great. Is not too far from the bus stop ( 10-15 min walking Max) but it could be a bit dificult to find. When you arrive the wellcome is really warm. This little B&B is surrounded by an orchid and wild flowers meadows, you forget that you are in te middle of one of the more important Turist sites o f Slovnia. And at he same time, is only 5 minutes walking form he Lake,The B&B owner is really friendly, and he gave us some useful tips, like how to get to our next destination ( we were thinking going by train, but it turn up that the train station was quite far, He advise us to take the bus, that was much more easy) his advice was really helpful. The breakfast was quite good, even scramble eggs! Good value for money.

Liked: Fantastic place to stay, great breakfast, amazing location, great staff. Would definitely recommend and would go back tomorrow if I could! Just make sure you look at a map before you go as it is down a small street and can be hard to find. Also only other problem was the room only had net curtains so was a little hard to sleep in the morning. But dont let that put you off, its a great room, nice shower and ensuite and has a hairdryer as well!!

Liked: The owner of the Pension was extremely helpful and kind - he drove us around town on our first evening to show us the best restaurants! We had a huge breakfast every morning, including some hot food like bacon and eggs, meaning we saved money on lunch. Good TV channels, ensuite, new towels provided each day; rooms basic but clean and practical. Perfect alternative to a hotel for people on a budget. Would highly recommend!
