Customer reviewThe interestingcharacter of the building itself. It was fun to imagine its' history. The location was and view were excellent. This good recommendation is made when we were there in December and there was plenty of hot water for showers! |

Customer reviewGreat room to use as a base to explore the area. Excellent price for a single room and very comfortable. I had the shared bathroom to myself. Breakfast was at Villa Preseren? across the lake which had fantastic coffee and a wonderful view. |

Kate StoneThhis hostel is in a fantastic location overlooking the Lake and the rooms are very large and clean. Breakfast was provided which is a helpful start to the day and the satff are friendly. We drove and founf the fact there was an area to park very handy. although it is only a short walk to the centre of the town. Highly reccommended. |

Rachel BendingThe hostel was charming, depite resembling a haunted house from the outside (bear in mind I visited in February). Despite being the only guests, me and my friends were delighted with Villa Victoria, situated right on the edge of lake Bled and standing apart from the 60's concrete hotels. In comparison, villa victoria had atmosphere, an atmosphere which was cultivated by the staff who were exceedingly pleasant and welcoming. I would like to thank them for our short but pleasant stay, thank you! |

Andrew JonesLocation - this charming hotel/ hostel is within 5 minutes walking distance all the expensive hotels and the best bars, so if you find yourself being invited to a wedding being held lin Bled and don't want to fork out a fourtune in hotel fees then this is the hotel for you. From what I can make out, Villa Victoria is around 100 years old and still features many original features, which unfourtunatly makes access for the disabled difficult so bare that in mind if you find stairs a struggle. Overall I would recommend this hotel/hostel to anyone on a budget but be aware the showers are not cleaned as well as you would expect so provide your own cleaning spray as I did. |
