Liked: It is a hotel a long way out of town with very infrequent bus service and rip off taxis, the receptionist was very helpful but the service lady was making the other staff cry and felt very unwelcome in the restaurant. Def wouldn't go there as a hostel, more like a travel lodge

Liked: Its location in a small town was appealing but it did mean transport at night to the Zilina city centre was limited. Very peaceful and friendly staff. Most speak English which was good when trying to explain I wanted a double room prepared for 2 people just for myself. The room ended up being a triple room with 3 single beds. I wanted a double bed.

Disliked: Customer left no negative feedback.
