Liked: Great location on centrally located shopping street, close to the Old Town and lots of cheap places to eat. Clean room and bathroom, large size, good price.

Disliked: Like many of the comments mention, the beds are quite hard because the mattresses seemed very thin. Our room was also rather cold, and it was not possible to adjust the heat. The room was large, but since there was nothing in it other than the bed and wardrobe, it felt rather empty. The water in the shower would start to go cold at the end of one shower, so you have to go quickly, especially if there are more than one of you staying in the same room! The staff at the hostel that we experienced were rude and made us feel that we couldn't ask questions about the city or otherwise.

Liked: Very good value for money and excellent central location. Bathroom and room were well cleaned.

Disliked: A bit basic in terms of services-only English language station on TV is CNN News so if you're just spending a day in Bratislava on your own you may get bored.

Liked: Clean spacious rooms with hot showers. Brilliant location.

Disliked: Moodiest staff EVER! Asked a member of staff for a clean towel. She replied "no". I said "Why not?" She replied "In ten minutes." Strange, unfriendly personalities working there. There is absolutely NO atmosphere in this hostel as there is no common room or kitchen so if you stay here you will mett nobody. Theres only ONE computer beside desk, they can see everything you look up. The best thing about this hostel is its location.

Liked: The location was very good.

Disliked: -small problems with the bathroom, in the end it looked like a swimming pool... -walls/ceilings/floors are pretty thin.

Disliked: No wifi, didn't meet anyone else there, which was fine for us, but other people might be bothered.

Liked: Staff were superb, only to happy to help, rooms were clean and fresh, perfect location. Great value for money :)

Liked: We stayed in a double private room with a bathroom. The room was more like a large hotel room than a hostel. Very clean and spacious.

Disliked: Not really a fault of the hostel but there were a number of mosquitos in the hallway just outside the room and some in the room too.

Liked: The location was good

Disliked: The staff were very unhelpful and unfriendly. They didn't even allow access to a bathroom to change clothes after check out or before check in. There were no common areas. The bedroom windows are locked so there is no way of getting any air into the room and the beds are not proper beds but sofa type beds. Very uncomfortable!! There are no facilities for eating or drinking and any produce for sale i.e. water, snacks is rediculously overpriced. They seem to want to make life as difficult as possible for travellers rather than encouraging them to stay longer in a city. There was no luggage lock up and bags were left in the reception area unattended.

Liked: Perfect location, not far from the city center. Lovely staff, amazingly helpful. We had a problem in our room and the night receptionist solved it in 30 seconds.

Liked: It's more like a budget hotel than a hostel, no common spaces so difficult to meet people. But over all it's a very nice place, we stayed in a twin room, huge room with private bathroom and super clean. Location is perfect near the historical centre and right in the main shopping street. Plenty of bars / restaurants around. No noise from trams as the rooms are off the street. Breakfast is available at a discount at a place next door.
