Liked: Location was good situated half way between old town and the train station, clean and well presented, did all the basic things that you expect from a hostel well.

Liked: was very easy to get 2 and was close to the old town. the staff were amazing. the free washing machine n dryer was a bonus. the bar n restaurant downstairs were unreal and cheap as.

Liked: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Met some really good people and really enjoyed atmosphere in the onsite bar and the free welcome drink on arrival. The location was very good and enjoyed my time at this hostel.

Liked: The crazy cleaner lady, but she doesn't clean anything... is just crazy...

Disliked: After waiting 5 hours to the check in at 15:00 pm, we found that our beds weren't already clean, but the rest of the house neither. In the kitchen there was a plate with bread half-eaten, and a opened yogurt in the fridge. The breakfast was in the kitchen with flies and the butter melted (the same butter served at the next morning). The cleaner lady prepares for herself a watermelon plate which it was in the kitchen until the night, and the following day inside the freezer when it was already rotten. The dishes are accumulated in the sink and In addition, just in one of the 5 WC's there was toilet paper. The first morning, we found people sleeping at the sofas of the dinning room, and the breakfast was not enough for everyone. The receptionist arrives sometimes with a new milk brik, but it finishes rapidly... I don't understand because there wasn't more milk, and food for everyone. The showers are new, but not a good ones. And the cost is excessive, around 20 euros, when in the Eastern Europe the live is cheaper. In other countries like Checz Republic or Hungary, you could stay for less than 10 euros. In Vienna, at 50 km from Bratislava you can find better and cheaper hostels, you can take a train to go an return at the same day to Bratislava.

Liked: The hostel was perfect. Not too far from the railway station and close to the old town. It was easy to find and the rooms were clean. There wes a lovely bar next to the reseption and it was cheep.

Disliked: The breakfast was terrible and there were too few toilets and showers.

Liked: Big rooms, comfy beds, gorgeous staff, great atmosphere.

Disliked: felt a little unclean, although it was cleaned regularly. Not a big issue, I think it's more due to the fact the hostel is homely and not just a big open space with beds everywhere.

Liked: Easy to get to/from train station. One computer to share if you don't travel with yours. Has refridgerator/kitchen to use and a basic breakfast. OK common area to sit in.

Disliked: Smoking in restaurant area after 10 pm - this is where the communal computer is kept so it was quite bothersome. Dryer was not functioning right and they finally put a broken sign on it but we were stuck with a ton of wet clothes. Was not fixed by the end of our stay. An employee was living (maybe?) in the back of our dorm and came through every night after the bar closed and woke us up (not on purpose.) Employees lounging in common room in the a.m. after work.

Liked: Friendly staff, very helpful to organise travel and trips. Clean and safe, exactly what you could ask for a hostel on your travels.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: During the day the staff were helpful and the welcome drink was a nice touch! Also although the breakfast was very basic there was a good kitchen area as well.

Disliked: Confusion over who was meant to be sleeping in which bed led to everyone being woken up in the night and the staff didn't come up to see the problem.

Liked: It's very well located and it has a great bar with a wonderfull atmosphere. And it was great that they didn't charged us to print our boarding passes.

Disliked: There were some nude French guys that opened my door in the middle of the night and I couldt sleep during the whole night cause they were shouting. And no one from the hostel came to tell them to shut up. Also the breakfast was very very poor.

Liked: The common area was lovely, really nice place to chill out. One morning we got given pancakes for breakfast which was definitely a plus. The bar and restaurant were cheap but good and there were always staff around to help.

Disliked: The only thing that put a blot on our stay was that our check in was delayed. We arrived in Bratislava at 5.30 am and were told check in was at 3. We put our bags in storage then went out, buy when we returned at 3 the room still wasn't ready, they said it'd be another hour. So we came back at 4, but it was still not ready. We finally got into the room at 5, which was a shame as everything else was good.

Liked: Looks good, central, free drink.

Disliked: Shower blocked creatin stagnant pool of sewage. No toilet paper for two days. Very loud outside window. Stag party loud and vomiting in next room, although that's circumstantial. Finally they stole my travel towel, intentional or not a replacement normal towel doesn't travel well. Don't mean 2 whine but that was what happened.

Liked: Free laundry service

Disliked: Possibly the loudest place I have ever stayed (and I stay in hostels a lot). I did not feel safe there and would highly encourage any female travelers who are traveling solo to avoid this hostel.

Liked: This is the best hostel I have ever been to. There is even free laundry! Bratislava is great too. I recommend going to this city and staying in this hostel while you are there

Liked: Me gusto el estilo rustico que tiene, el staff muy buena onda y la localizacion no esta mal Limpio, ordenado, agradables.Tienen maquinas para lavar y secar ropa! y jabon gratis.

Disliked: No me gusto que no tengan limite de edad, habia hombres de mas de 65 años compartiendo cuartoo con nosotros.
