Liked: Price!! Location was close to all the sights of old town and only a short walk to anywhere. Staff were very nice and helpful, laundry was free!

Disliked: Wifi was awful - could never connect (common room and room) except for once when standing right at the edge of my window (then was only one bar out of three). There were computers with free Internet though and I never had to wait to use one. The heating made loud noises from time to time. But for the price, was great

Liked: the hostel located right at the city centre so you can walk around the city. The receptionists are quite helpful. The bed is large enough and comfortable. There is a lift in the hostel. The price is cheap

Disliked: The bathrooms are not very clean and a little smelly. The wifi in the room didn't work. The internet of the PC is really bad.

Liked: Nothing

Disliked: On the middle of the night the annoying noise from the heater woke us up and we had to be changed to a room where there was no heating (the heater was noisy in all the rooms), so we freezed. Moreover, one member of the staff was totally unfriendly and did not help us at all when we asked things about the city. Finally, the cleaning staff entered in our room at 10:00, when we were still sleeping and woke us up!

Disliked: very small kitchen area, only two people can make/have meal at once, kitchen area is on each floor, but all are too small.

Liked: girl at front desk was very helpful

Disliked: The directions to the hostel were wrong and resulted in my being given a 40 euro ticket after missing my tram stop. Management was unhelpful and unsympathetic even though it was partly their fault.

Liked: Location is great. The Hostel has a nice atmosphere, and each room has a different decoration. It's cousy and very clean. Breakfast could simply be included in the price... But is not. I would recomend it, anyway.

Disliked: Breakfast is not included. If you arrive before 01pm you can not check in, which is a problem if you are travelling from one point to another and specially if you have a short period of time in Bratislava.

Liked: Excelent hostel, very clean and organized.

Disliked: The entrance is a bit dark, you have to pass through a dar tunnel and it gets scary at night. But there are automatic lights that turn on when you pass, and it's not that bad.

Liked: well equipped with facilities, free laundry and drying, kitchen free to use. Good place to take a rest and recharge for next journey.

Disliked: There are 4 levels and only 1 lift. If you have big luggage, be patient for the lift.

Liked: This is really wonderful location wtih some minutes walk to the heart of nice Bratislava. Importan are also parking free facilities in front of the hostel.

Disliked: It would bi nice to have more toalettes and more place for breakfast.

Liked: This isnt an amazingly attractive property, but it does what is says and is mroe than adequate to stay in. Its warm, clean and comfortable, i slet well the whole time. the location is great, 10 minutes from the centre and easy to find from the airport via a tram and bus ( about 30 minutes). I would stay here again. The staff are very helpful and gave me advice on travelling further on. the free tour is WELL worth doing if u like history and politics.

Disliked: unattractive, free tea and coffee was just one type of raspberry tea
