Liked: It was very nice we could park our car safely in the courtyard. That's very nice when you are in de middle of the city. Easy to find and reach as well.

Disliked: The beds were in a bad shape. It was noisy. you could hear everything in youre room. The value for money was a bit poor.

Liked: An interesting, innovative interior design conceot to paint the furniture on the walls, a fun way of enlarging the space.

Disliked: The elevator was a bit scary, the way it lingered in its vault.

Liked: It was all ok, nothing specatacular. Had tiny kitchens but they were good enough to cook in. You can walk to anywhere in the centre easily.

Disliked: It didn't have much character, and not much of a common room area.

Liked: We got one of the newest rooms, a really great one. The common room was nice and the small kitchens were OK as well. The hostel is almost ridiculously large, but we still got good service.

Liked: It was a nice place. The rooms were comfortable and the stuff so nice. The common room very goof Maybe they have to improve they net conection. But we recomend it.

Disliked: Maybe a little noise, but the normal in a big hostel like that.

Liked: Close to city centre, has ensuite rooms many which are newly refurbished. Saw cleaners about regularly cleaning the hostel.

Liked: It was very well organized for the traveler and had a cheap price...HOWEVER....

Disliked: ...I have never had an unpleasant experience with hostel staff until I stayed at PATIO. I am a senior and was up late trying to print a boarding pass and was having computer problems, so the nextmorning I overslept the check out time. The staff guy came and woke me which was perfectlz fine! BUT IU was dozing and he came back and got very nasty7 and threatenedto charge me another night, BLAH, BLAH. At this point I got up and was kind of upset. I made some cappucino from my stuff and sat upstairs in the kitchen just outsidemy room, drinking coffee and then went downstairs to check out. The same guy was there and he chewed me out for oversleeping and said because I was just then coming down, he was going to keep my 10 euro key deposit! I told him I was OUT OF THE ROOM LONG TIME AGO but he insisted I was LYING! This was just HORRIBLE....and again, he THREATENED TO CHARGE ME ANOTHER NIGHT! AND HE PROFITED 10 euros due to my misfortune of having troubles the night before...Never have I had anything like this happen even though occasionally I have overslept, they USUALLY cut you some slack and are almost always very understanding. SO I LOST 10 euros I could not afford to lose and now am in Sweden and short some money!

Liked: Really friendly staff and there's loads of free extras too!

Disliked: Only note...if you're going to do washing leave a looong time to dry your clothes in the dryer!

Liked: Central location, large rooms, nice showers, friendly staff

Disliked: The only kitchen facilities were a microwave, you had to make up all your own bed etc, the windows had iron bars over them so there was no fire escape, very noisy and allowed kids to stay in the hostel who cried all night, no breakfast provided

Disliked: didn't undersday how they choose which car will be parked in their yard and which not. we didn't get room which we have booked.

Liked: very good hostel for cleanliness, friendly staff, fun place and good location

Disliked: nothing important. Maybe cost tends to be high compared to the medium prices (low) of the city. (But I doubt there are places with better quality )

Liked: Clean rooms, friendly staff, good facilites and a large common area, and right in the heart of bratislava

Disliked: Was a large hostel, which I find a little less personal than smaller ones, though of course this is reflected accurately on the website.
