 Pretty good hostel, good location, helpful staff... small kitchens though

Was overcharged for my stay by around 150sk after already booking and paying a deposit on hostelbookers. Due to my non-existant slovak and the adminsbad english I was unable to explain the mistake that was made by them and ended up just paying the extra. Hopefully this was a genuine mistake and not a scam ( I lean towards the mistake) Otherwise was a nice stay!

The staff were very friendly, the bathroom and room was clean. The hostel itself was in a great location and was very good value for money.

One or two staff members were quite unhelpful upon arrival and were were made to fill out a lot of paperwork and questionnaires and made to sign a lot of patroninsing rules before we could go to our room. Quite like being back at uni halls but without the fun!

i stay at the third floor....its really a nice view. dun expect its a sea view or wat....its just surrounded by walls n old places.

Its well placed, near the center and TESCO. Good bus/ tram/ train connected.
the room was very clean, the common room was a plus!

We arrived at hostel early morning, they let u wait until 2pm to get in the room.

Overall a great hostel! Perfect location and close to Tesco. Only downside is getting to it at night- it's not well lit and a lot of homeless digging through trash cans were about. Also, they have MAJOR construction going on so sleeping in is impossible. Otherwise, it was a good stay, cheap, and the staff was incredible. Plus, free Internet!
