Liked: just about everything, nice and clean hostel with a nice vibe and good facilities on offer

Disliked: wifi only available in the lobby and the beds were crammed into the room

Liked: A good sized kitchen, near to a large supermarket, very close to the town centre. Rooms were clean and well maintained. A nice room to sit and relax in, and a room with a bar and tv too, to chill out in and meet people.

Disliked: I thought the staff were a little rude at check-in, but that's all. Other than that, I have no complaints at all.

Liked: The location was perfect for our short stay in Bratislava and the common room areas with free WiFi were great place to meet other travelers. Traveling as three females we felt very safe and secure the whole time, even in our mixed dorm room. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful! We had no problems at all! One of my friends even left her itouch charging in the main common area (1) no one took it and (2) the hostel sent it to her the next day.

Disliked: The shared bathroom got pretty busy/crowded in the morning. But that is expected when you are sharing with 8 people.

Disliked: The hostel is very dirty. The beds make you feel like you are going to get bed bugs. Also wasnt very social for solo travellers.

Disliked: atmosphere which make me a bit uncomfortable in dorm but it's problem of every dorm.(a bit noisy and very different kind of people)

Liked: The staff were helpful and on Thursday night we were taught how to cook some traditional Slovakian dishes and had dinner for free in exchange for helping out. Good location close to the old town and great atmosphere. They also had 4 computers in reception to use free of charge.

Disliked: me pusieron en un cuarto con todos los "viejos", solo porque soy mayor de 26 anios...

Liked: The kitchen facilities were great! There were two great common rooms/chill out rooms with nice decor. This hostel is a good place to meet people. They had lots of leaflets of things to do and they printed out info for clubs and bars for each night that they updated regularly.

Disliked: The bathroom could have been a little cleaner, but that is about it.

Liked: Every day they provide you with the latest information what to do, where to go etc.; very helpfull stuff; jam session once a week in the hostel; big kitchen

Liked: I loved the atmosphere of this place. They had music going on in all the common areas all day long-not too loud but just right. The staff was super nice and helpful. They were genuine and really seemed like they wanted to make your stay a good one. The room i had was spacious and the lockers are pretty big, they would fit a large pack or mid sized suitcase easily. The location is great and there is a lift so you do not have to lug your stuff around.

Disliked: The bathrooms could use for a good scrub-the one i was in, Amsterdam, has mold in the corners and on the ceiling. The common areas all seemed very clean though. The pillows were so so lumpy too, definitely not the most comfortable.

Liked: I really liked it here - the location was really easy to get to, the beds and lockers were good and its handy they give you a free padlock and towel, the staff were really helpful and nice. They minded my bags for free when I went away for a few days and I met nice people here :)

Liked: We arrived after 48 hours of travelling (overnight bus then overnight train) and were too early for check in however the girl at the reception was great and allowed us to take our things to the room we were staying in and have a shower (even though she warned us it hadn't been cleaned yet) which was very much appreciated and made us feel a million times better! The atmosphere was great and the staff were all extremely helpful even though they were all so busy. They also provided me with a towel when mine mysteriously disappeared from the room.

Liked: all the staff were nice and helpful. It created a comfortable environment for travelers. I am happy I stayed there.

Disliked: I only stayed one night and I was so tired that I don't remember if there was supposed to be a towel included in the price or if it was extra. No one asked if I needed one but I didn't ask either...no big deal though.

Liked: It was very clean and cosy. I was there during low season, so there weren't so many people to hang out with, but the personel was very helpful and awesome! :)

Liked: Loved the common room/bar! Staff where mega helpful and welcoming :-) so great we booked a second night there!
