Terms and Conditions: Our reception runs 24hourly, so if you have an early flight, you may check in early and use our facilities or you can leave your bags with us whilst you head out to explore the city. If you have a late flight or bus to catch on the day of your checkout, you may leave your bags with us at no additional cost. •Policy regarding children: In consideration for all guests, travellers with children below the age of 12 are advised to book into private rooms or book the entire dorm. •Cancellation/No Show Policy : In an event of a cancellation within 48 hours of your arrival date or a No Show will result in a charge of the first night to your credit card. • We will keep the room/bed for you for 3 hours from the stated time of arrival. After which it will be released. If there is a delay in your itinerary, we would appreciate if you could let us know through phone or email. •Due to the limited capacity at our Inn, priority reservations will be given to tourists.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival (local time). Payments made to HostelBookers are non-refundable.

About Rucksack Inn@Temple Street

We are newly renovated and touted as the 5 star luxury backpacker's hostel. We believe in round the clock service, so you can be assured of 24hr reception, free internet WIFI, security key card access. Most importantly, we believe in tip top cleanliness so rest assured you will have clean and dry bathrooms at all times.

When you enter Rucksack Inn, it will feel just like home. We're cozy, clean and comfortable and you may just not wanna leave!

Accommodation Information

We have 12, 8 and 6 bed mixed dormitory and 6 bed female dormitory. All our rooms come fully air conditioned. Breakfast is included in all room rates and FREE WIFI and 24hour Internet access is available. All rooms come with shared hot and cold showers.

Location Information

With its perfect location right in the heart of Chinatown, you get an easy access to the train station and main bus services that bring you around the city. You will get to experience the livelihood of Chinese culture with sumptuous local dishes surrounding you! We are also just a short walk away to the infamous Clarke Quay, where you will find a vast array of bars, restaurants and relaxing River Tours. Visit some of the many shopping malls on Orchard Road or get yourself a full view of the night sceneries from the Marina Bay Sands Sky Park, which are conveniently located minutes away from the property.

In summary, we're nearby:

Clarke Quay, Boat Quay, MRT(tube), Oldest Hindu temple, Malls, Suntec City, The Esplanade, Victoria Theatre and Concert Hall, The Arts House, Asian Civilisations Museum, and many more tourist attractions.

Note that the MRT (tube) is all within 5 minutes from Rucksack.
