We are Singapore's best kept secret! A cosy boutique home stay with a small number of private designer rooms, indulge and pamper yourself while travelling on a shoestring! Every piece of furnishing was lovingly put together by us to ensure you a comfortable stay in a groovy environment.

All rooms are air-conditioned and have free access to internet broadband, comes with your own private television set, designer linen, fluffy pillows... the list goes on. We even provide daily room cleaning!

The shared designer bathrooms are always kept sparkling clean. Come and experience our powerful showers which falls like warm tropical rain on you, rejuvenating your tired muscles! We have a 100l water heater tank (we have seen 20l-30l ones in a lot of other 100-bed hostels), so you never need to worry about running out of hot water!

Located right beside Kovan MRT station, you are merely minutes away by MRT from town and places of interest such as Chinatown, Little India, Orchard Road or even Sentosa!

Right at our doorstep are numerous famous local eateries, as well as supermarkets, restaurants and a large variety of shops. Eat your heart out in the food paradise of Singapore right here!

Accommodation Information

1) As we strive to keep One Florence Close restful for guests, we do not accept children under the age of 6 years old.

2) Our check-in time is 3pm, and check-out time is at 12pm. For early check-in or late check-out please email to enquire in advance, as it is subject to availability and a half-day charge. However, all guests are always welcomed to leave your luggage with us free of charge should you arrive early or have a late flight!

3) Please note that we have 2 very cute and fluffy cats, and is not suitable for persons allergic to cats.

4) Should you have any special requirements due to your personal condition, please email to enquire in advance before making a reservation. We will try our best to ensure you a comfortable stay, or advise if we are unable to do so. Unlike large hotel chains, we do not have the facilities to cater to all special needs.
