 Close to train station, comfortable beds, tea making facilities in room

Proximity to transport. Friendly honest reception staff. Would have been good to have more cups and utensils for guests to make tea and coffee.

The closeness to Bugis MRT (and therefore rest of Singapore), the aged nature of the Hotel, and the staff were really nice. Was disappointed that my locker was broken and 'was to be fixed in 48 hours', once I was gone... otherwise was fine!

EVERYTHING!!!!! THE STAFF ARE SO KNOWLEGDEABLE AND HAVE GREAT PERSONALITIES, AIRCON, TV, TOOTHBRUSH, TOWELS IN THE ROOM... SOOOO CLEAN!! LARGE SHOWER AREA, PERFECTLY LOCATED.. AND MORE!!!!!!

Fantastic location, a few minutes walk from the nearest MRT and buses. Close to Bugis Junction for shopping and great food too. Great value for money the deluxe twin and they service your room everyday! Couldn't have asked for more for what we paid.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. my room was clean and quiet big for a single room. The bathroom was close to my room. It was quiet and I felt really comfortable there.
