Liked: Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Comfortable rooms. Round the corner from Little India and a great Hawker Centre at Lavender Food Court.

Disliked: Wifi good - but not amazing (quite slow). Breakfast was simple (only powdered milk for Tea & Coffee)

Liked: Good clean room with a comfy bed. Air con worked efficiently and the free wifi and breakfast were a bonus. The best thing here though is the friendly staff who were always smiling and happy to share information and a chat.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: A relaxing and comfortable place. Convenient to walk to mrt station or nearby attractions. Staff is very helpful! Its great that they have netbooks for common use at the lounge area.

Disliked: JIAR HWEI left no negative feedback.

Liked: I liked the opportunity to use internet with hostel's mini laptops. Staff was friendly and helpful

Disliked: The cleanliness of bathrooms, they were dirty. Our room was dark and not at all cosy. The price (almost 40 € for the twin room) was definately too much. Don't count on the breakfast either, just toast and tea.

Liked: Lockers in the rooms, free wifi and use of netbooks was handy, swipe cards at the front door for added security, staff were helpful and gave me a discount when I returned, nearby food court for cheap food and beer (well..for Singapore!), near MRT, not far from Mall and Mustafa Market!

Disliked: Shower and bathrooms small but frequently cleaned. Snoring in the dorms (but that can't be helped)

Liked: Location was ok and staff were friendly.

Disliked: We booked a twin room and upon arrival the common area in the entrance seemed nice, but when we were shown to our room, it was a dark small room under the stairs, that had no windows or any ventilation. In the room was only 2 beds and a tiny table and a concrete floor and it felt a bit like a cell than a room. The worst point of the room was due to the poor ventilation it stunk of damp and after one night we complained to the staff as our clothes and bags were starting to become damp and smell as well. They put an air purifier in the room to take the smell away a little, but after the second night we both woke up feeling really bad and came down with a throat infection. In the 3 months we have been in south east asia this was the worst place we stayed in. Although we understand Singapore is expensive, for the cost of paying $59 for the room im sure they could at least put in a extractor fan and hopefully after we complained they will as I would not want anyone to stay in it- avoid the twin room!

Liked: Location in Little India.Good security.

Disliked: Very,very, average accommodation for Singapore.My windowless room,on the ground floor, had air conditioning,but that's about it.Very noisy at night,with people running around all night upstairs.Large number of puerile "rules" have to be read,and acknowledged by signing,upon check in.

Liked: Everything. drop inn was our 1st stop after hours of traveling so we were looking for a nice quiet and clean place to catch up on some sleep and thats exactly what it was!!!

Liked: stuff helpfull

Disliked: from 11pm to 4am was too noisy, we can't sleep! Laugh, play music, talk very load. Next night was better but still noisy. Bathroom not so clean.

Liked: I liked that the common area was so cozy and well decorated. In the dorm one could sleep very well. The whole place had a good vibe to it.

Disliked: The first time we went for breakfast there wasn't much around. The marmelade jar was almost empty. The common area is small and there is not much space for sitting.

Liked: The secure feeling and the friendly staff who even invited guests to go out for dinner together, it felt very accomodating.

Disliked: The dorm rooms have a few too many beds and the bunk beds feel a bit too unstable. The washrooms are not nice, not dirty per se but they tend to be either messy or very wet.

Liked: The best dorm option I could find online, it was significantly cheaper to book online than just to turn up! We are a couple but went for the dorm as we've been to Singapore before and everything is expensive. This place was great, helpful staff, free breakfast (toast and tea/coffee), very close to MRT station, walking distance to everywhere in Singapore (if you like to walk), super cheap foodcourt very close. 3+ netbooks in the common area for common use. The other reviews online are from people who aren't aware of the prices in Singapore and are comparing this place with hostels in other countries - not helpful!

Disliked: For the price everything was perfect. Some people might be concerned that there wasn't always handsoap at every sink and other travellers made the AC in the dorm too cold during the night. It's cheaper to go out to buy beer/water and bring it back to the hostel. There is a lack of comfy seating in the common area.

Liked: Facilities were great. Wifi was available which was really good quality, and free notebook computer's available to use too. Shower facilities were also of a good standard. Great location just a 5 minute walk to the nearest MRT station which is a very cheap and easy way to get around.

Disliked: Air conditioning not great in the communal area- but this is being very very picky.

Disliked: noisy, the room we stayed at we can hear footsteps from the floor above, and the room is just above the staircase so we can hear people walking, beds creak a lot

Liked: Doors need to be opened with a code or key fob, plus there were lockers which was good. Breakfast was also good with tea, coffee, cereal and toast on offer.

Disliked: The sign which says please keep the noise down after 11.00pm is pointless if the guy who works there is the one who is making all the noise after a night out. Also, the sinks and showers were not cleaned in one of the hostels (there are two places two doors down from each other) until the owner arrived and then suddenly they were spotless. General cleanliness of the rooms also wasn't great with fluff and hair all over the floor. Don't get me wrong it's quite a good place to stay, i just guess i expected more for the price but then in Singapore everywhere is expensive!!!!!!!!

Disliked: Showers are cramped and dirty, place needs a proper clean. Dorm beds not really value for money.
