Nikki TissingtonI loved the design of this 'hostel', all the little niggling things I've hated along the way have been realised here, good sleeping space, fantastic bedside table/locker facility, clean bathroom and FREE wifi that you can use throughout (not just standing on one leg someplace in which you can just about get the signal)... It's more like a hotel in truth with shared rooms, so different in that respect. This accounts to a degree for the lack of 'atmosphere' as even though there's a great roof terace when I ventured up there I was alone, no real socialising/mingling. However, this is all about timing often, and the staff are friendly and helpful so I definitely recommend it and would venture again!! |

Tsholo TiroThe place is everything that you see on the internet!!! Clean, secure. Lots of brochures to give you info on Singapore. the breakfast was also ok, for the price. It is a little distance away from public transport. The indian girl was unfriendly, but the rest of the staff was superb. I made friends from Switzerland and Canada. |

Neil MorganHangout @ Mt Emily is a very well thought out hostel. The dorms have been well planned to give you some privacy and plenty of storage space - no bunks either. There is a good variety on offer at breakfast. Free internet and tea and coffee are a nice touch. |

Lyndsey BrownI loved the bedrooms, they were clean and best of all no bunks. All came with a lockable compartment and a desk, was great. Great location aswell, really close to everything and 10 min walk to little india MRT. Staff were always happy to help with info abt tours etc. There is no kitchen in this hostel but there are plenty of really cheap foodcourts around, one at the bottom of the hill. Really great place to stay, the free breakfast and free internet was definatelty a highlight! |

Joanna McEwanI felt very comfortable, everything was clean, the reception staff were very helpful and polite. The free internet was very useful. The showers and toilets were lovley, it felt more like a hotel. i met some lovley people there to hang around the city with too. |

Customer reviewAt the top of Mount Emily, in between trendy flats. A short walk through a lit park/ grass area. I stayed in an all girls dorm, 6 single beds. Breakfast, hot and cold free. Free Internet, (6 computers), free tea and coffee. Films shown twice a day in the chill out area. Tube station, 5 minute walk. Great Location. Great stay. Recommend. |

Customer reviewi loved the fact that you share the bathroom just with ur roomates, you actually have privacy. the lockers are huge, the staff is great and the location is perfect. the breakfast was nice for a hostel. i'll def recomend it for everybody who is lookin for a clean and confortable place to stay for once!!! the lil plus: free coffee and tea at the 1st floor!! |
