Sarah LawrenceWe had an early flight so the location was very convenient. We didn't see the hostel staff at all as we were checked in by someone from the bar below, who was reasonably helpful. The hostel itself was fine, with nice rooms & a very relaxed feel to it. |

Customer reviewLiterally everything - Girls dorm very quiet - Fantastic atmostphere - Constantly cleaned - Brilliant staff! I cannot say a bad word about this hostel, if you want cheap, clean, comfortable, friendly and a whole bundle of fun, choose Fern Loft. Plus the beach is amazing. And only a 10-15 min walk. Absolutely brilliant! |

Customer reviewThe staff were really friendly and i liked the fact that you could just help yourself to tea and coffee. The bike hire was a bonus which cost $8 Singapore dollars for the day. The staff were friendly and I was able to keep my luggage in their holdall as my flight was not until the evening! |

megan carrFern Loft was a great hostel to stay at. David and April were more than accommodationg and little Denise can keep you entertained for hours. The bar downstairs was great and we spent many a night drinking Tiger. Special prices apply for guests and they were great. Meals were also provided at special rates. April was full of information on where to go, how to get there and how much things should cost. You do not need a Lonely Planet! For anyone thinking of backpacking in Singapore this is definitely the place to stay. It has a very homely atmosphere upstairs and downstairs can rock away until all hours for party animals.
