30 November 2009	Ramon Balaguer Zonneveld This was a great experience! After a long journey of two days, my backpack was not arrived at the airport. Around ten, I went to the hostel, where I wast kindly helped and was able to use the facilities even though check-in time is around twelve. She kept contact with the airport and I got continuous updates about when I got my backpack back. I also got tips where I could buy cheap temporary clothing, food and other supplies. The people are friendly, got a lot of tips about where to go, the location is great and the hostel is clean and modern. I also talked with the owner, who wanted to know how I felt about the staff, facilities and other things. All to improve his hostel. I think that is a great way to keep a hostel as good as this one! Really want to come back!	100%

24 November 2009	Jamie Gates The Rucksack Inn was a perfect place to rest and recover after arriving in Singapore from India. The facilities on offer were outstanding considering the price and location. The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The Rucksack Inn is an excellent Hostel and if you ever find yourself in Singapore do not hesitate to find this place, worth every penny!	97%

14 November 2009	Customer review "Cosy" is not quite the term to describe the hostel. Its really, really very small, in the 3rd storey of a buildng and hard to find. It mainly consists of one small living room with the reception and sinks (no sinks in the bathroom) attached. There are only 2 Showers and 2 toilets for the whole hostel!!!, which is definitely not enough. The dorm is mixed and accomodates 28!!! people, so bring earplugs and face masks. Its newly furnished and really very clean, the people are nice. 3 public computers and Wifi available. Breakfast consists of Toast, butter, marmelade and peanutbutter, as well as instant coffee and tea. There is a free drinking water dispenser and afridge to store additional private stuff (even labels are provided to tag them). If you know what to expect and dont have high expectations, you can feel at home, but you really have to know that it is a 28 people mixed dorm. The location is great, everything is within walking distance, a bar street and the MTR station just around the corner. I stayed 2 nights longer.	75%

Free internet (fast and efficient too), free breakfast, free tea & coffee, great staff & location, nice and modern and bright not a souless hostel like most. Great to chill out after a long flight and reasonably quiet despite being a stone throws away from a lot of hustle & bustle, restaurants, bars etc.	95%

31 October 2009	Customer review Everything was great, especially the location (don't think it can get a lot better than this) and the staff. It was also really clean. The only thing I wasn't too excited about was the social atmosphere (didn't meet as many people as easily as in other hostels) and the layout of the restrooms/sinks (it was by the kitchen & a little too open/visible for my liking). But overall, good place.	85%
