Liked: one of the best hostels i've ever been too. nice staff, rooms and facilities. i can recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy place to stay!

Liked: The staff is very friendly and helpful,and the hostel is located in the center of Singapore.The new construction should have female dormitory services for women traveling alone.If I go to Singapore again , I will stay Rucksack inn again. Thank you for your warm welcome.

Disliked: Some guest opened the tap water while he was brushing teeth , and waste tissue paper in the toilet that make the toilet was not worked. The hostel should have warning label in English and Chinese.

Liked: The staff were very kind and helpful, and the place was impeccably clean. Also good was that it was air-conditioned, had free toast and coffee, and computers/wireless.

Disliked: I wasn't aware that I would be sharing a room with thirty or so others. Granted, it wasn't full while I was there, but I was rather disappointed when I saw this. I was also shocked by the fact that there are only two showers and two toilets to share between so many backpackers.

Liked: The friendly staff helped me with all that I wanted to know, and we went quite often with them to several sports of SIngapore

Disliked: The dorm is quite big. 28 beds in a dorm is too much. It becomes noisy then.

Liked: super freundliches Personal und alles wirklich saubermein erstes Hostel und ich war wirklich positiv ueberrascht, hoffe die naechsten hostels sind genauso!!!gemuetlich und stylish eingerichtet, man fuehlt sich sofort zu Hause

Liked: the location and the staff are superb,the backpacker itself is very clean,i like the frangance oil they put inside the room before we check in.love it!

Disliked: less privacy at the toilet and shower room.

Liked: Loved everything about this Hostel. Can't complain in anyway. If only they had hostels like this in all capital cities. I felt safe and comfortable the whole time.

Disliked: Slightly hard to find entrance, I'd recommend looking at GoogleMaps first to make sure you can see. Also, I strongly believe people who snore should get charged more.

Liked: Staff very helpful, good location, clean, free internet, book swap - would def stay again

Disliked: Only 2 bathrooms for all to share so usually a queue and the dorm is huge - at least 40 beds which I would have liked to know about beforehand as it's usually noisy with someone coming in late, someone getting up early etc

Liked: awesome place:). Clean, great staff, great location, everything was within reasonable walking distance. We came in a really big group yet they were very accommodating to all our needs. It was so homey that none of us wanted to leave, would definitely come back again:)

Liked: Excellent friendly service, clean facilities with character.

Disliked: The dorm room was very big and of course there is then relatively much noise. Also the room was just next to a noisy street and there seemed to be nigthclubs etc. nearby. As a result I didn't get many hours sleep during my two nights stay (fri and sat nights)

Liked: Extremely clean and it is the owner who cleans it himself! You can feel that he owns the hostel because he really likes what he does. No owner would take a night shift and stay up all night and look after you and chat with you at 2 in the morning! Facilities are basic but are very well taken care of. They even have Wii if you want to play it! I felt at home there. The place is also conveniently located - just 5 minutes walk to Clarke Quay where all pubs and restaurants are. Look no further if you want to come to Singapore. Highly recommended.

Liked: great location & price. right near an MRT station. really friendly and helpful staff willing to offer help and advice on where to go, what to do and how to get there. clean bathrooms and dorms. secure lockers. breakfast provided and they also have wii and dvds to use for free.
