Liked: Nice place, clean and good facility's. Good location

Disliked: The dorm is to big. 28 beds is to much for me.

Liked: It's really clean and there is the facilities are good. Free wifi, hot showers, nice!

Disliked: The staff is not really helpfull. I needed to print my tickets, but that was only possible for the rediculous price of 2 ringit. That's no service! Short and simple answers, not the hospitality that we're used to in many Asian hostels. Bit overpriced for our feeling.

Liked: Super friendly and beautifully cozy! Great place to stay in Singapore! The staff from the start were more then helpful and the rooms were nice and clean. Really great showers and the wifi was super fast. Will be staying there again when we return! Definitely recommended!

Liked: Rucksack located near to many city attractions. Staff are very helpful. Facility is very cean and most suitable to single travellers.

Disliked: I don't think the faility is suiatble to family as rooms are very small (I stayed in twin room) and don't have attached toilets. All inmates should share common rest rooms.

Liked: it was amazing, such a good locaton, close to the sub, staff were really friendly!! Had an immense time and the facilities were great free tea/coffee/toast, what more you need! Also nightlife across road, sooo good had many a drunkern night here, even though alcholo expensive probs best get it from duty free on way in to country to pr drink with!!

Liked: It was one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in! Clean, friendly staff and a lot of offers for backpackers like computers with free internet, TV, always water, coffee, bread,... And the best showers you will ever find in a hostel! Definitely worth the money!!

Disliked: Everything was perfect!

Liked: For young backpackers who enjoy late nights this is a great place to stay and socialise

Disliked: the design of the hostel is not really very suitable . walking through the kitchen to the bathrooms is kind of odd. the bedrooms come straight off the reception and social areas meaning every single noise is heard while trying to sleep two steep flights of stairs -not much fun with heavy bags

Disliked: Altho only 2 of us we booked a triple room, paying the extra for private room. We got there to find the double bed had been made but no sheet on the single so i slept without sheets .. Not impressed

Liked: Friendliness and help from staff, Cleanliness and excellent management of the place. Free breakfast is a great idea. too. So is free Internet access.

Disliked: Just 2 toilets and 2 showers available, which sometimes causes delay.

Liked: It have too many bed in 1 room. But very clean, silent, and good atomosphere. And good location, helpfulness of the staff, value for money! I was happy in Ruck Inn.

Disliked: too many people.

Liked: The staff is really nice and very helpful. The place is spotless and the location is great.

Disliked: The dorms have way too many people. Even though people weren't being loud, it was loud because there's so many people. And for all those people only two toilets and two showers, not enough.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location with walking distance to clarke quay etc. New and clean showers and toilets.

Disliked: I traveled with my boyfriend and we stayed in the private room with two beds. The room is small and doesn't have any windows. It's also connected to the public room/staff desk/entrance, so if you want privacy I don't recommend this hostel. Not very romantic :) There is toast, jam and peanut butter 24/7 but nothing else for breakfast.

Liked: Great hostel, I stayed in the 24 bed dorm, which wasn't as noisy as you might expect, although i did get the best bed in the corner. Extremely clean, there always seemed to be someone cleaning. Good quality showers. Wifi was good enough to allow me to watch live tour de france streaming without interruptions.

Disliked: It can get a bit cramped during breakfast time, and you have to walk past everyone to get to the showers. However, not much they can do about this.

Liked: Very friendly staff, very clean, a cool vibe. I had to go out for dinner and some friends were coming over to meet me, I told the reception and they welcomed my friends in and let them sit in the hang out area until I came back. Nice bathrooms that provide soap for you, and always some bread on hand to make toast with.

Disliked: The neon lights right outside the windows made me think that it was morning at 3am. One dorm room has over 20 beds in it so alot of people woke me up in the early hours of the morning. But still a really good hostel

Liked: Clean. Very helpful and friendly staff.

Disliked: Main dorm is huge - lots of beds and generally busy, so quite noisy. Too few toilets & showers - only two of each, so lots of queues in the morning.
