Liked: cool stuff

Disliked: internet is not for free when you dont bring you own notebook. the showers are together with the toilette, so they are always wet

Liked: Nice common area and outside patio, friendly staff, large dorm beds

Disliked: a little bit farther from little india than I thought it was going to be, but still within 10 min walk from little india and a 5 min walk from the metro, so it wasn't a problem.

Liked: This is my second time staying at the Mitraa. It's a great hostel with excellent, friendly, knowledgeable staff, comfortable rooms and a good central location (Farrer Park is right on the corner). I also had trouble with my locker BUT I asked the staff about it and in 15 minutes they brought a brand new locker to me up on the third floor. I really like this place, Sebastian and Jonahs are especially nice and helpful. Both stays were awesome, thank you!

Liked: the staff were extremely helpful and there was plenty of toast, fruit and tea/coffe at breakfast!

Disliked: Wasn't keen on the shower/toilet combination. I just didn't feelit was clean enough! The lockers on the beds were very secure at all. One of ours didnt work at all and the other you could just pull open!

Liked: i love the people n the atmosphere. Beside that this location is convinience. the staffs here are alway friendly and provide the excilent service that make us feel that we are at home.

Disliked: it should be much better if theb hostel provide towel for customer. in addition, the blanket is not warm enough. i prefer the thicker one. the bed alway caused noise that make my family feel not easy to sleep at night.

Liked: Very helpfull staff. Everyone was friendly. Facilities are clean because staff clean them regularly. Also the rooms were clean. The living room was a nice place to chill out and watch TV. I recommend this hostel...

Liked: Near MRT station , just need 3 minutes walking.

Disliked: I booked for female only dorm for 2 days. And in the 2nd night , they put a man inside my room. I instantly shouted "crap, i paid more for a female only dorm,and they gave me a mixed one". Disliked this a lot.

Liked: As a solo traveller, I booked this hostel after reading reviews about the friendly atmosphere and was very happy with my experience. There is a communal TV Hall, as well as an outside courtyard, where it is very easy to meet new people. The reception staff are so helpful, offering advice on local tours/transport etc and treated me like a friend from the minute I arrived.

Liked: This property is small, but neat. everything is well organized and maintain with high standard of hygiene. Toilets and bathroom located in each floor in a good condition and clean.

Disliked: The Mitraa located in 3 storey building without elevator, well its common for backpackers hostel. But the stair to go upstair is too small and slippery (sometimes) so we have to be careful to avoid incident.

Liked: the staff are all really friendly and enthusiastic,especially the frontdesk man who gave me detailed tour guide and warm smile. the bathroom ,dorm and lounge are all very clean and neat. what i feel pleasantly surprised, they have free 24hours baggage left servies after check-out. i think it really very convinient coz my connecting flight boarded in the evening. what's more ,i recogonized new friends here.

Disliked: the point i only felt a little unsatisfacted is the hot water ddinot work well all the time and i had a cold bath in the second day.

Liked: All staff is very Kindly. I left my camera at this hostel When I left Singapore, But they sent my camera to my Jananede house! I am surprised at their kindness!

Liked: First of all it's a wonderful place to stay, impeccably clean and modern. Good location, really close to MRT station,great facilities, free internet wifi access,free breakfast,nice dorms etc.. It's always clean, their staff is fun to be around and there's always a very friendly atmosphere at the hostel.

Liked: +the mitraa staff: jOy, SeBAstIAn, JoHn and the chinese guy. - thank you so much. they were able to cater their clients' needs; they interact well despite the language barrier; as soon as you step into their reception, one can easily forge instant camaraderie with these staff and even with the other guests,as well. kudos and keep it up guys! +the well maintained facilities- although people here come and go, the place is respectably clean. +money wise? this hostel gives you your money's worth.

Disliked: location, location, location. for the new visitors -although there's an instruction included in your booking copy, finding this place is still quite a challenge. patience is a must in finding this hostel (for the young, once) and add more when the rain pours.

Liked: amazing staff: when I was there the last time, I had to leave before official breakfast time. But when I came downstairs, breakfast was ready. The guy said: I saw u on CCTV and thought " He is leaving, so he needs breakfast" Location: Close to Little India (Amazing and cheap food), quiet street Free WIFI Price Breakfast: Buffet, but better than in some Indonesian hotels :) Stable bunk beds: no rocking, when u move Lockers in rooms

Liked: From the moment I got to Mitraa Hostel I loved it. I arrived quite early and although the room wasn´t ready they made sure to make the bed cleaning a priority. The staff is awesome and really helpful, the sitout , common lounge and computers are open all night. The breakfast is awesome. The location is perfect, short walk from the metro train station.
