Liked: Next to a lot of cheap and good places to eat. Staff is very friendly. Beds are clean and you get own locker and padlocks. Pleasant

Liked: The moment I walked in the staff was so friendly and smiling all the time. They have realy nice beds and big nice lockers which is realy nice and everything was realy clean. The moment I came down they showed me the map and draw some impartend sight seeings on it. Because everyone stays in the mean rome, it gives a good admosphere to the hostel :)

Liked: Awesome staff, genuinely friendly and helpful. Nice stay in every way!

Disliked: Have to pay for towel, but then at least they provided that service so I don't really find anything negative to say. Lovely place!

Liked: Staff were great eg we had to make an unfortunate trip to ER in middle of night guy was great booking taxi etc; good communal area to meet other residents; comfiest hostel bed and pillow I've had so far in six month travels!; lockers large enough for backpacks; hot showers; reasonable free breakfast for price; great place to stay! Would stay again if in Singapore

Disliked: Location was wasn't great but tube only 5 mins walk and great value for money

Liked: the place is really good.very clean. the location is very accessible anywhere you want to go and the staff, they are all very friendly, very polite and accommodating. Next time we visit Singapore, for sure, we will stay at The Mitraa.it's our home away from home..

Liked: Excellent and helpful staff!! Delicious breakfast, rooms had big lockers in them.

Liked: A perfect place to The Mitraa in Singapore. It's clean, comfortable, close to the MRT station, 24 Hrs food court etc... The Staffs are helpful, superb fun to chat & dine with when you're traveling alone..............................................................

Liked: The staff are by far and away the number 1 attraction of this property. Incredibly helpful, lots of great ideas for you and forever smiling even during the long night shifts. The rooms were very clean and safe. Breakfast was good and the location excellent for whatever you want to do as it is near the MRT.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Staff was truely welcoming and sincere. Clean facilities, very good matresses (very important for busy travellers:-) along with a good breakfast was just what we needed! Indeed highly recommendable.

Liked: Liked the location. Staff were very helpful and attentive to our concerns. Bathrooms and showers were very clean. Although not a lot of space to chill, the area that there is is pretty comfortable. Free wifi if you have your own computer/data access.

Disliked: Felt that laundry service was a bit on the high side, but convenient since they actually had it. Had to pay for communal computers if you wanted to use the internet.

Liked: Clean toilets and Bathrooms...Big dorm rooms with windows. Common room and reception area are spacious, easy to meet people and the outside terrace is a good spot to sit and relax with refreshing cold drinks which is available at the hostel. Breakfast is a good start for your day includes: toast,fruits,eggs, overflowing coffee and tea, jams. Located at the city center, near food courts and malls. Booked for a night and end up staying extra more nights. Highly recommended!

Liked: The main thing which stood out was the EXTREME friendliness of the staff - John, Sebation, Joyce, Ed and all the others. They were PROACTIVE in provinding information about Singapore and their information was EXTREMELY accurate. This facilitates a good feeling among all the guests and people meet one another.

Disliked: My room was cramped and lacked character. There were lockers in the room but the clasps were extremely flimsy and did not instill confidence. People were allowed to smoke on the nice patio in the entrance way. I had to pass through smoke and could not sit and enjoy the patio as a non-smoker. The good things greatly outweigh the bad though The place id only average but the staff were GREAT!

Liked: The staff at this hotel make it a place that feels like home straight away. They are very helpful, friendly and just fun people that I always had chats with. Sometimes, it was even better staying in the hostel all day and just hang out with them.

Disliked: It is a bit sparely furbished, but that doesn't reallt affect how comofortable one feels in this place.
