Liked: Very friendly staff! so welcoming and helpful. Good breakfast. Rooms are small but think this is the same in all hostels in S'pore. Also more expensive than other Asian countries so its just one of those things. The only thing that annoyed me was you have to pay to hire a bed blanket! Surely that should come with the bed, not cost extra. Never seen that before in any hostel anywhere, think its a bit cheeky. They also charge for towels which is rare in hostels. All in all a good place to stay!

Liked: There were nice staff in the hostel. Location was good, you can use MRT easily. But rooms were very small and dirty. No dinner room to eat anything. No waiting room, and no wi-fi connection.

Liked: The staff were so welcoming and helpful - even at 5.30am when I was still up drinking!!It's so near the everything - the MRT is just 5 mins walk (if that) and from there you can link up to China Town, Clarke Quay etc...Definitely recommend this hostel to anyone staying in Singapore - suitable for everyone.

Liked: The Mitraa is awesome. Great value for the price. The hostel and the rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Also, the location is superb ( close to MRT stations ). The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful, they give me complete direction for the sites and they recommend some good restaurants too. I love my stay at the mitraa and will definitely stay again on my next visit to singapore. I highly recommend this to everyone.

Liked: The Mitraa was the best hostel I atayed throughout my travel in South East Asia. The rooms & bathrooms are exceptionally clean. Breakfast was excellent. Location only 4 min from nearest Metro station. The owner & his staff were incomparably helpful & kindhearted. Strongly recommend this place. Cheers !
