Liked: The rooms were clean the staff was very very very helpful!! I booked for the wrong dates on accident and they totally helped us out, so lovely. Also it is really close to the MRT and Little India where there are some good bars and GREAT cheap food. Internet was free and fast, and they have a massage chair in the tv room.

Disliked: The only thing I didnt like is that there isnt a common area big enough for more than 2 people to hang out. Its just not very social, but other than that the hostel is great.

Liked: It was easy to find, greatly located and the staff was extremely helpful.

Disliked: Matter of preference really, but I like the rustique and quaint. On the other hand this is very new and clean and have all the amenities a backpacker could wish for.

Liked: 4 PCs with free internet and free WiFi

Disliked: My room and the complete second floor was dirty. I had hair in my room and even in my bed. i WONDER IF THEY CHANGED THE BED SHEETS. Then they had only two mixed showers and toilets for the whole second floor. The shower was actually next to a kitchen. Whenever I went to the showers there was a guy from the hotel hanging around in the kitchen, cooking, eating or just sleeping. That was really annoying. Then, the windows did not close properly. I could hear every word that was spoken down on the street. I expect more for 100SGD (60euro) per night. The night before I was in a hotel next door, much cheaper and much better. I really feel ripped of.

Liked: good location, free dryer, some of the staff are very nice and helpful, and free daily apples and internet.

Disliked: TINY room!!!! I can't believe they can call it a room, it was about as big as a closet! Not so clean- hair all over the showers all the time, also had some trouble with the internet when trying to connect with my laptop. There are other cheaper hostels that do better. Staff doesn't know how to get you to the airport if you are a solo traveler, had to book my own shuttle online because they couldn't help me. The daytime staff member doesn't seem to understand English sometimes. Free breakfast was alright, nothing special just some bread jams and butter and tea, coffee, and milo but for free so can't complain.

Liked: A good place to stay. Nearby MTR. Looks new. Advice: It's cheaper to book on the internet

Liked: It was very easy to get around singapore from this location. A train and bus station were very close (within 100 metres). The rooms were small but had air conditioning and lockable storage lockers. They also had free breakfast of toast.

Disliked: It is near a busy road, but so is everywhere in singapore so it is quite noisy. I would recommend ear plugs and an eye mask if I were to go back there.

Liked: Air con and wifi in the rooms.

Disliked: Very dirty and lack of cleaning service. There was a lot of noise from both inside and outside the hostel. The windows did not shut properly which made it louder.

Liked: -the person checking me in carried my bag up the stairs! -washing machine -free internet on the many computers -large showers -clean beds and rooms -super close to MRT station Little India -very close to Little India itself -nice to have an apple after breakfast -lots of movies on the hard drive

Disliked: -sugar-free coffee would be nice at breakfast -breakfast is very basic and not very healthy -staff was not interested in making contact/ smalltalk, but was helpful when addressed -the strong cooking smell from the surrounding restaurants -the light coming in to the rooms on the sides of the shades

Liked: Great location, new, very safe and great value for money!

Disliked: I had bedbugs, which disappeared after I bought a special spray against them and it was very noisy due to the central location!

Liked: This hostel gives you exactly what it says it will. Plus very good air-con .

Liked: The location is good, 5min walk to little india MRT. The building is secure and the roof top garden is a nice place to have a beer. We didn't get to try the breakfast since we had an early flight.

Disliked: The share bathrooms were not clean at all. I am not sure if they were cleaned? The rooms are tiny, but this is normal for Singapore bundget rooms.

Liked: Good atmosphere. PC with internet available all the time for communication. Near to food centre...safe for any one..The eprosn was on the desk even in midnight and very ealry morning...

Disliked: Toilet floors could be still clean with exhust fans (on and off switch).
