Liked: the staff were more then helpfull had a good atmosphere maybe needed another tv room as the one they got is a bit small apart from that really nice place to stay would recommend to people that are travelling through

Liked: What we liked about the place was most of all the perfect location.Unfortunately the atmosphere was not what we had expected and hoped for. We prefere lively and familiar backpackerplaces with a warm and friendly tone, and found that there was not a lot of that at the G4-place. In the reception the staff was correct and polite, but not personal. The cleaner we tried to talk to looked, as if he did not see us?! We did not succeed in getting "backpacker-talk" at the place - instead we sat silent next to the other guests in front of the computers and the tv... maybe our own fault - but maybe it is possible to arrange things a little different??We found that the rooms were very small - the smallest we have ever seen for 4 persons ( and we are experienced travellers). We did not succeed in getting a pleasent temperature in the room. It was not possible to regulate the aircon, so it was too hot or freesingly cold in the room durring our stay.

Liked: I was only going to say for 3 nights and ended up staying for a week. It was so close to the MRT and walking distance to most things central. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Good number of computers. Very clean. Can't really fault it. Was in a room with 3 guys on my last couple of nights, wasn't aware it was mixed dorms - but I probably just didn't read the info properly.

Liked: Very clean and friendly HELPFULL staff. Also free internet 24/7The only suggestion i would make is, it would be nice if little lights were installed by each bedspace on the wall, so other people coming home late or getting up early didn't have to switch on the main light which is very bright, only a dim 40 watt light bulb would be needed at each bed space. Also some fresh orange juice would be nice at breakfast, with maybe some weetabix or cornflakes. Otherwise everything was excellant!!!!!!!!!
