Liked: Its hard to review properly because of the time of year, it was Chinese New Year so like some of places we stayed there lounge/cafe was shut, the room was clean enough and we were lucky enough to get an empty dorm to ourselves so we were happy on that front! Didn't see the staff again till we went for the free breakfast.

Disliked: The breakfast was pointless - just thin white bread and packet 3-1 for both the tea and coffee.. So not very impressed there. Also the tea and coffee making facilities were non-existent in that there was no hot water in the THERMOS... We did look for somewhere better after one night.

Liked: As described the location of China town is great, It´s close to other tourist attraction. It´s better to go to the hostel from Chinatown MRT than Otrampark. The room and bathroom was quite clean, staff was very helpful, they borrowed me adapter for phone changer , so don´t buy adapter, just ask the staff, they have it several. There is a locker box, just paid 10$ for deposit , after leaving you get the all amount of 10$ , not just 5$ so that was great. Free wifi offered.

Disliked: The hostel is really hard to find, It was not like in the picture they showed it here, here it looks like the hostel is in the street, but It s actually on the first floor. Room was quite small, but clean. There s no place for talking to other travellers. I just stayed here for 2 nights so for short time it s ok.

Liked: this place is good, especially the location. Less than 1 mins to go Chinatown ;) so great

Disliked: i just don't like the bathroom. So small, and it has only 1 bathroom with many people stay there :(

Liked: Location is good. Close to Chinatown for cheap food en close to MRT. (Metro Singapore)

Disliked: Hostel is too small. Er is only one toilet and shower for 14 persons.

Liked: Nice, clean, wifi, a/c (at night) and right in Chinatown.

Disliked: The deluxe family rooms which are listed as only for 2 people are not private but are actually a small 6 person dorms. The first confirmation email that the hostel sends you tells you this but by then it is to late as you have already booked and paid your deposit. One shower/washroom was not really a problem.

Liked: The place is accessible to MRT. The hostel itself is very clean. General conclusion our stay is very good.

Disliked: The only difference is the comfort room which is shared by all occupants. Please consider working on the possibility of having a comfort room in every room because a group of 6, 8, and another 6 in a room which has a total of 20 is a crowd sharing only one small comfort room.

Liked: The staff is really helpfull if you have any questions. Overall the hostel is very small, and that was enough for us (3 nights stay) Location is perfect, next to the buddha tooth relic temple in the middle of Chinatown.

Disliked: Negative things include the breakfast (not enough for everyone) and the waiting time for the shower (1 shower for 12 people)

Liked: The staff at this hostel is great - they are so friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to make your stay in singapore the best it can be. They are always around in case you need something, and even know their guests by name. It is a good value for your money in singapore, you dont find much cheaper for a mixed dorm. I would highly recommend the restaurant 5 FLAVORS for great food or a nice hotpot dinner... and the manager was amazing too!

Disliked: There was not much to dislike about the hostel except the 1 bathroom for the amount of people. But surprisingly it wasn't too unmanageable, even with the hostel being booked full.
