 1. About 60 meters, just on block heading SMRT Kembangan on WE 6, the green line.----So convenient!!!!!!
2. Cafe just in first floor(now is under renewing status, olanning to be reopened in coming July...). And there are several CAFES along the Chang-Yi RD, in front of FRANKEL HOSTEL.
3. There is on MASSAGE SALON called INDONESIAN HERBAL THEREPY just opposit to FRANKEL HOSTEL.
4. THere is also GAS STATION, 7-11 convenient store, biking store accompany by those CAFES.
5. There is Muslim tempo nearby too.
6. Air conditioner is working smoothly and quietly.
7. Shower facility is working fluently.
8. Simple enviroment for no more 6 rooms.

it was fairly clean and desent location i guess, just far from the city kinda. beds are squeeky but it was still a pretty good stay. We were there for 2 weeks and didnt ahte it by the time we left so it must ahve been alright. ALSO the shower and toilet are right beside each other making for VERY efficient mornings. first night it felt kinda sketch but i quickly realized it was fairly safe and a neat environment.

Lee was very helpful when we wanted suggestions on places to go, and things to do, and just for information about singapore. It was a place to stay, and I felt I got what I paid for: a clean, basic, no frills place to stay. I liked that it had wireless.

Lee, the owner and David the housekeeper are very friendly, welcoming people. There is internet available for guests to use free of charge, as well as a telephone to make local calls. I stayed in a 4 bed dorm which was a good size. The hot shower was great after 4 weeks of cold showers in Thailand. The hostel is above a food court so there is a smell of cooking food if the windows are open but it wasn't too imposing. The hostel is a few miles out of the city but is located 1 min walk from the MRT station so its easy to travel around. Its a good location for a short stay as its halfway between the airport and the main city areas.

i like the location of this hostels..easy to find.. there were 24 hrs food stalls aound it...and mr lee was very helpful..would definitely stay again

This hostel is very convienently located if travelling to and from the airport. Hwever the hostel is lovated some distance from the CBD. The Hostel does not have a place to relax and unwind. The place purely consists of bed rooms. The owner is very helpful, although i would reccommend this hostel for transit stops as again, it is close to the airport. DOwnstairs is a Muslim restuarant which is cheap and good!!!

There is bathroom in the room and it is very clean, which I think is the best part for this hostel. Thought no breakfast supplied , fortunately, there are 24- hour food couart downstair. We appreciated that the host, who is kind and friendly wait for our midnight arrivial. But, the bed mat is too soft--I felt like sleeping on a sponge.
