Liked: Nice, totally non-crowded and peaceful place which seemed almost a hotel. Cheap and clean, with TV. Adjacent to hostel is a restaurant managed by the same owner.

Disliked: Facilities are not very wide, the shower was not working very well.

Liked: More like a fancy hotel, with your own bathroom and TV. Very good staying conditions.

Disliked: Monopoly - seems like it's the only hostel in the town ;) It needs some competition.

Liked: Good clean place, more like a 1-2 star hotel than a hostel. Close to the center. Subotica is a pretty little town. Everything can be seen in a day so i wouldn't recommend staying more than a night.

Disliked: Its a strange set up. They own the restaurant downstairs, so if the restaurant is closed there is no one there to let you in. Lucky for us we found someone with a mobile and who could speak Serbian. They called to come let us in. They came with in 10 mins so it was really no big deal.

Liked: The friendliness of the staff.. We arrives late at night, hours later than we indicated it in advance. Still, they were very happy to welcome us, even if we most probably had to wake up the guy that finally let us in. He continuously sniled :-)

Liked: Receptionnist very friendly, location close to the center, nice bedroom. Very nice hostel.

Liked: It was really good value for money. Our double room was really cheap and turned out the be a triple, with an ensuite and reception room. It is the cheapest place in Sobotica but has a hotel feel to it. In a really good location, close to the main square and shopping street.

Disliked: The walls were very thin meaning you could here other guests; and it is more of a hotel style so you are less likely to meet other travellers.

Liked: Cheap accommodation and good location in the heart of town. OK for one night for longer time uncomfortable due to lack of facilities like table, chairs, kichen or even electric kettle.

Liked: Great value, clean and very nice. Management was very nice and accomodating. Town is fantastic!

Liked: The owners were extremely friendly, relaxed and accommodating, the room was clean and there were lockers. Food looked good, although didn't have the chance to try it. Although the shared bathroom/toilets were a bit cramped, this wasn't a major problem as they were very clean and the showers worked well. Overall I would rate the hostel much better than several I have stayed in in Belgrade, which is great considering the size of Subotica, and I would stay there again :)))
