Liked: The location has best view of the city and whats happening. Front row seat. Nikola knows the city inside and out.

Disliked: Street noise - but I stayed an extra week and would not have changed because youu get the good and the bad and the good outweights it. You know whats going on and never miss anything on the Square. - your in Novi Sad.

Liked: I would highly recommend Nikola's place, it couldn't be better located in the heart of Novi Sad. The rooms are very modern and clean, Nikola was super helpful. He would even sit down and make you a turkish coffee for free and have a chat with you if you have time. Extremely friendly- I felt that I was part of his family and not just a customer. Overall accommodation great value.

Disliked: Being so close to the CBD means you will find it a bit noisy on the busy nights if you plan to go to sleep early.

Liked: We liked the owner and the property. Totally! Loction is as convinient as can be and the owner is extremely helpful and nice guy.

Disliked: Please note If there is an open-air concert in the city square, it may be hard to sleep. We however enjoyed the music and excellent view plus it ended relatively early -around 12p.m.

Liked: location is just fantastic on the main city square, everyhing is near. Nikola is very friendly and helpful guy and he really enjoy speaking with travellers. And the room is simply beautiful

Liked: Nikola is a superb host! The location on the main square within a few meters of the Catholic Cathedral is fantastic. Ask Nikola for his recommendation for a traditional Serbian restuarant--you WILL NOT be disappointed. Spotlessly clean. On two occasions we sat down for prolonged discussion on anything--Serbian or non Serbian--to the accompanyment Rakia and beer. Highly recommended!

Liked: I had a great time at Nicolas place! The best location ever, with a view over the mainsquare and the cathedral, perfect room, big and clean and very friendly and helpful accomodation.

Liked: Nikola was an amazing host - from the great recommendations for restaurants, bars and day trips to the shot(s) of home-made rakija! The room was spotless and beyond spacious, and the location right on the main square was perfect. We will be back!

Liked: Great location right in the heart of the city next to the cathedral. Beautiful old building with really large room. Good shower!!! The owner was really friendly and helpful showing us the best places to see, eat and drink at. He even gave us the name of the cheapest cabs to take to the station in the morning.

Liked: The apartment is very nice and the room even better. It is vert clean and it is in a great position. The owner is also an excellent and very friendly person, as everyone in Serbia.

Liked: Nikola has a massive room right in the centre of Novi Sad, overlooking the main square, the views from the apartment were beautiful! The room was spotlessly clean and Nikola made us feel very welcome! We liked it so much here we stayed an extra night! Thanks!

Liked: It's next to the church in the main square, right in a side of the church, actually from the windows u can see the arches from the church really close. Location is the best, but also the cleanliness and the size of the room. It's huge room, and actually if you are going with a friend is like a private room.

Liked: I would highly reccomend this property to people looking for a nice base in Novi Sad. We stayed in the only room, the 2 bed dorm, which as there were two of us, was effectively a private room. The room was huge and so comfortable! And the location was perfect, right next to the central square, near the night life, easy to find from the station and handy for everything in novi sad.

Disliked: Only because there is just one room, it wouldnt be a good place to meet others if travelling alone.

Liked: The room was massive and the host Nikolai was a great bloke always willing to help you out with anything you needed to know where to eat drink etc..ask to try some local rakia is great :)
