Liked: The location, the room (big), everything was clean, we could use the kitchen and the computer

Disliked: The staff was a bit annoying to me. The customers were paying different prices, we noticed that because the owner/person who worked there did not want to say out loud how much it would cost to stay another night there. So we asked some other backpackers and they had payed more because they did not book in advance!

Liked: Location is really good- may be ok if you are after a crash pad after a big night and leaving the next morning only. Hard to find. It is in the Alley next to the shop called Katrin at the start of the street.

Disliked: There was no space to hang out. The staff were odd/drunk/rude and happy to turn the light on in the dorm at any time of day or night. The staff live in the dorm. I didn't feel comfortable really to be there when not sleeping. They were also overbooked and this is a common occurrence. No Wifi. Note Novi Sad tourist info is only open on Sat AM and closed Sunday, and don't expect the hostel to help you with tourist info.

Liked: Location is the only advantage.

Disliked: Very rude staff, the man who was in charge came to our room just 5 minutes after check-in saying "It's paying time!". Just 1 (ONE!) shower and 1 (ONE!) toilet for the whole location. No towels, no trash bins, whole place looks like someone get an old apartment from his grandma and put some old beds in there. Definitely not nice.

Liked: The location - it is so central! Also the cheapest place to stay in Novi Sad.

Disliked: The guy working there was a bit strange and not very helpful when we asked him to help us find out about bus timetables because our Serbian isn't very good. He also slept in our dorm room, and only got up briefly in the morning - strange checkout!

Liked: this hostel is in an amazing location,exactly at the central square of Novi sad..the manager is great and a very interesting guy!!i would stay again and again..and its cheap..

Disliked: the facilities were just average,but its ok,basic stuff exists..

Liked: Very central, cool, calm and collected backpackers. Alot of fun, relaxed atmosphere, right in the centre of Novi Sad.

Disliked: The managers were helpful when the wanted to be, otherwise they worked on the premise of 'you will find it', not to helpful when you have limited time and you want to check everything out. Otherwise a top notch place.

Liked: Nothing.

Disliked: Everything. Dirty, not many toilets, in the middle of a building site, hard to find and not well sign posted, plus very poor/bad management especially ignoring the fact I had a booking.

Liked: staff could not speak any English and were not on site at arrival.We thought a little expensive as no kitchen facility though ontop of a restaurant.

Liked: The staff were rude and abrupt. There also seems to be a huge family living there who make a lot of noise well into the night in the supposed 'common area'. There is some sort of renovation taking place in the building, the drilling and hammering starts at around 7am (on weekends as well). I would definitely not recommend this hostel.

Liked: Good location and facilities. Friendly staff and clean hostel, nice bedrooms.The bad point is the noise of the street (people partying and motorbikes), if you have difficulties to sleep.

Liked: There was hardly any sign to the hostel so it was quite hard to find.The staff there was not very friendly. The rooms were ok, but quite big and therefore probably hard to maintain and keep clean.

Liked: Amazing location just seconds from the main square in a very unique old building. First impression is of a scary building under construction, but the charm soon hits you. Staff was helpful and the room we were given for our private double was HUGE! Novi Sad is awesome and this was a perfect place from which to set out exploring.
