Liked: The location of the hostel was very good.I was an apartment with 3 rooms and a kitchen but for the money i have payed it was more than ok.The staf was helpful and friendly.Totaly worth.

Liked: Nohting. Absolutely no-thing.

Disliked: 1) The sheets were old, used and soiled. The whole bed smelled bad. 2) The cleaning wasn't done 3) There was only ONE (broken) shower and ONE toilet for 20+ people... 4) The hostel was nearly impossible to find in the city : in a backyard in a small street... 5) And again, everything was dirty : the bathroom, the common spaces 6) Eventually, the washing machine was broken.

Liked: Good location, only nine beds in total.

Disliked: One bathroom to share for all. The single room is next to the bathroom and you can hear everyone showering. There are still signs missing to get there but I think they will be up soon.

Liked: the hospitability of the staff and the quietness despite a very busy traffic all around, a homely feeling in the property

Liked: Freedom. No receptionist, almost no rules. Very good location.

Disliked: There was no single sign of hostel at the adress. We have to call to the number from reservation confirmation.

Liked: we were alone in this flat, our room was clean, hot and comfortable.

Disliked: the kitchen and bathroom was not so clean

Liked: Really central location, really friendly and helpful reception staff, modern facilities and homely rooms - lots of light! Lots of freedom - never felt like there were too many rules.

Disliked: The staff on site were lovely but they seemed to be doing almost everything by themselves!

Liked: The fact that it wasn't a hostel. the owners thought how can we make easy money, hotel, no hostel would be a good idea. We can make 60 euro a night for a room instead of 20 euro by having more beds in there. The wifi wasn't too badNo trouble leaving bags around

Disliked: Where to start The shower was leaking, the poor receptionist didn't have a budget to fix it or the tools to fix it either. So each time a person took a shower the water went everywhere, into the "kitchen area". The water couldn't go down the drain, it escaped between the shower bottom and the floor. The receptionist's english isn't great, but enough to get by. No maps provided. Hostel Mostel could run a training school in how to be a good hostel.

Liked: Das Haus ist besonders schön,mit einem tollen Hinterhof und schönem Balkon. Und das Personal ist sehr nett!

Disliked: The manager needs better communication with the staff and customers - he had triple booked beds but the staff were left to deal with the complaints and anger of guests.
