Liked: Its cheap and the location isn't too bad...

Disliked: WARNING: This hostel may damage your health and your sanity! This is perhaps the worst hostel we have ever stayed in and we wouldn’t encourage anyone to stay here. We do a lot of backpacking and always try and find the cheapest option, so most of the hostels we have stayed at in the past have taken the “No Frills” approach…this hostel has managed to offer less than this. The worst thing is that they offer a lot of things on their website and hostelbookers and fail to deliver most of them. • Free welcome drinks - We were told that there wasn’t any. • Linen and towels we change daily – not true and the towels were old and torn • Free maps of the city – we were told there wasn’t any • large common room – this is the landing between the second and third floor • Present for every guests – we were told there weren’t any • Free luggage storage in the hostel – this involves leaving your bags in the corridor • Free 24/7 hot showers – there are 3 showers in the building, 2 werent working and 1 had no hot water • Free wi-fi – there is no longer free wifi- just the computers (1 per room) • Free high speed internet – depends what you call fast. Also the computer in our room didn’t work and we had to ask some people in a private room if we could use their computer. After all of this, there was a couple of very unpleasant events A girl we met on the train (18 years old) was harassed on the train by a drugs dealer who then followed us to the hostel. She was scared about staying in the same hostel – when I explained this to the staff, however there response was – as long as they are paying we don’t care! After several days without a shower I asked to speak to the manager (by phone – he lives in a different city and never visits), on trying to reasonably explain the problem – he started screaming at me down the phone, telling me I was “sick” and needed to go to hospital. The staff aren’t very friendly or approachable, but this is likely to be because they are sick of people making complaints and are unable to do anything about it.

Liked: purity in the high, the hostel is, away from the bus station just 50metara, chair massage, I recommend it completely

Liked: It was the only place that had room during Sensation White.

Disliked: First of all. The staff were rude, not helpful, they threw a lot of my clothes out, which I had forgotten even though their rules clearly state that they will keep it for one year and it will be sent back to the person. I was there in person, the day we checked out to another hostel. Already thrown out. What can you expect. They did not have enough lockers so I got one used by staff. How sweet of her. But alas it was filled up with all sorts of garbage so my bag kept falling out. They had massage chairs, but you could not smoke in them even though it is the only chairs in the smoking area. This is a horrible place and very price to what you can get. It looks good. But it certainly is not. Plus there is no common room, no useful kitchen facilities (could it kill you to get just one knife at least). The staff kept coming into the rooms because they had their luggage there. They are confused and they really really do not know how to run a hostel. I have tried my share of crappy hostels, trust me. This was really one of the worst.

Liked: I don'r recommend this hostel. The only good was the location. There were mostly 40 people in a small appartment. There were only 2 showers that sucks and didn't work correctly. It was permitted to smoke so all the hostel (actually it was a small appartment) smells like a cigarret. And moreover the staff put the music loud all day like a disco. I wanted a place to sleep and relax of all day and it wasn't like it.

Liked: The Hostel is very nice and very clean. The stuff helpful and the service brilliant. The rooms are quite and well presented. I would like to recommend this Hostel to everyone who visits Belgrade as it has a very central location. Good value for money.

Liked: In the centre of the city, near the river - beautifull combination. Staff is very friendly and helpfull, atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Definitly come again.

Liked: I really liked the staff - they made you feel very welcome and safe!The facilities and the breakfeast was not very good. It was not a very good place just to hang out as well, however it was a good place to stay in Belgrade and there was free internet!

Liked: the location of the hostel was really good, situated right next to the railway station. the rooms were way to small, and you had to go through one room to get into the next one, which up for a lot of noise and distraction. the kitchen areas were also tiny, with no more than two seats at the table.
