 cleanliness & good outlook, space. Staff very helpful and friendly

I liked the staff, they were really helpful and friendly. They allowed me to keep my luggage at the hostel and even arrived an hour before the official opening time to allow me to pick it up and catch my bus. But this is connected to the only thing I did not like so much about the organization of this hostel: the fact that the hostel is closed between 10.30 and 5 p.m.

I hae been travelling for 2 years now and this is one of the best hostels i have ever stayed in. Ullapool is a lovely small town and this hostel is situated right on the harbour and has an immense and well catered-for kitchen that was always in a pristine state of cleanliness. The staff at the hostel were helpful, imaginative & wonderfully hospitable; iwould, and have, recommended this hostel to othr traellers and will definately stay there should i return to the Ullapool area.
