Overview
This small friendly 4 star hostel has recently been upgraded during 2006. Although now privately run, it is also affiliated to the SYHA. Member of VisitScotland (Scottish Tourist Board - 4 Stars). Set in the small scenic village of Helmsdale, halfway between Inverness and John o'Groats.
It is ideal for cycling, coastal walks, hill walks and bird watching.
Backpackers, birdwatchers and families are welcome.
Accommodation (all with ensuite showers):
2 dorms each with 8 beds
(Prices £15 per person per night)
1 x family bedroom ensuite ( sleeps 4) with a double bed and bunks (£60 per night per room )
1 x Private bedroom ensuite (sleeps 4 adults £75 per night)
