Liked: Kylie was sincerlely devoted to the comfort and welcome of the guests. A delightful, positive person. She is a gem to be held onto. Availability of hot beverages and food. Clean showers. Well done.

Liked: Free breakfast and cheap internet. Well-located, easy access to all of Oban (although it's not a very big city!). Staff were super friendly and everyone hung out in the lounge so it was easy to meet people.

Liked: The way it was furnished. Great idea about naming the beds in the rooms. The bed was almost more comfortable than mine at home :-). And also true duvets were provided not only a thin blanket as usual in hostels. The decoration of the lounge and dining area was simple great. And the scone for breakfast was simple delicious!

Liked: I liked the free hot chocolate, tea, and coffee. Simple, I know, but when you're as broke as I was, this was a delight. I also really enjoyed the tour connecting the hostels of this company. Fun, informative, and our guide (Ewan) was great! I really do recommend that backpackers stay at these hostels.

Liked: It was a very warm atmosphere, and the woman at the reception (Kylie) was so friendly and helpful! We loved the hostel! We've stayed in quite a few now on our journey, and seriously, its the best one we've been at! Thank you!
