Liked: The beds and linen were clean enough. The staff helped and solved our needs.

Disliked: The toilets were ok but the sinks were too small to use. Additionally there was foam machine above it as if we weren't wanted to use them.

Liked: lovely old buiding in very good condition and great location in the centre of Melrose. Toilets clean with good showers. Great kitchen and dining area. Breakfast can be ordered and is ready for you in the fridge next morning. Nice clean bed linen supplied.

Disliked: Only the the stail smell you always seem to get in the sleeping areas which I think is due to not freqent enough cleaning of duvets pillows and matresses.

Liked: Equipped kitchenNo keys for rooms, very bad smell in the lobbies and toilets. Too hard to reach: you have to walk in a very dark park if you go in the evening, and there are no signals.

Liked: Excellent location in a lovely old building with views of the Abbey. Not far from the pubs and town centre and parking right outside.
