Nightlife was much better than expected, live band 1 night, DJ the next. Food was really good.

The views from our room were absolutely stunning.
We didn't like anything else in particular about the hostel. It was quite alright. But there was something that was not good enough: there was too little room in the self-catering kitchen - when four people tried to prepare their breakfast, it was more than full.
Also, we didn't ike that we didn't get a receipt -neither after paying, nor- as promised by Jonathan - did we get one when we left the next morning. John wasnowhere to be found, and the cleaning staff had no idea where to find him ... Bad, really!

It was great that we got a free upgrade to an en-suite at no extra cost and had excellent amenities at an unbeliveable price.

It was clean, comfortable and secure. I was in the b&b part and my friends were in the hostel. Breakfast was good.

I can't fault this hostel. It was clean, the staff were friendly, the view was lovely and the people who live in Kyleakin are very friendly. We had a great stay at Saucy Mary's Hostel and I would highly recommend it to people who are happy to stay near Skye Bridge. It's a fairly long drive from Kyleakin to Portree but we had a car so that wasn't a problem.

Can't imagine 20 Pound for two beds with beatiful view of water. Decoration is the best, the staff are very helpful. The bar is noisy, but you can choose to have several shots or get yourself out of steam before coming. Anyway, I just passed out when my body touched down the bed.
