Liked: Rerally friendly staff and area is beautiful for walks, also on bus route so easy to get around Skye. No problems with beds etc. Nice kitchen, free tea and coffee.

Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: Broadford is a great location to explore the Isle of Skye.

Disliked: Probably the most cramped hostel I have ever stayed in!

Liked: The helpful of the staff

Disliked: The location in the town is not bad, because the place is lovely, but broadford is too little and doesn't have many things to do on it only if you love peaceful. I really recommend to all the travelers to rent a car to get around in the island, because the bus is really complicated to use it.

Liked: The room are very spacious. Everywhere across the youth hostel, you'll have a sentiment of property (in the showers, in the kitchen, or in the main area).

Disliked: THERE WERE either dutch or german folk in the sitting room who were antisocial

Liked: Twin rooms available, convenient and fully equipped kitchen

Disliked: Corridors noisy... In all hostels, they should find a way to prevent doors from slamming

Liked: Very clean, nice view, helpful staff, professional kitchen for self-catering

Disliked: High average-age of guests, hostel is very calm and we can't really party in it.

Liked: the staff was nice. The view of the loch and the kitchen

Disliked: Remind me why I dont go to Hihostel. Suppose to be a youth hostel but there is almost nobody between 20 and 35. It is full of kids and old people. You got to change the name to a guesthouse if you are going to allow that kind of people in. Sharing a room with a family is not fun. The reception is open 8h a day. Including a lock out from 10h30 to 5h30!!!! and a curfew at midnight. Some people were there for a wedding. Nothing against te people, but this is not why I go to hostel. I want t meet people who are backpacking and can share some of their experience with me.

Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was clean, warm and comfortable. Very beautiful scenery too; looking over the lake; beautiful sunrise.

Disliked: Location was a bit isolated but not too bad if you're with a group of people.

Liked: the kitchen is very well and practise

Disliked: During our travel we have sleep to few hostel and we think the broadford hostel have no character and charm

Liked: quiet location, nice toilets and showers, spacious kitchen, comfy living room, nice view from the window

Disliked: terribly creaking beds, we actually had to take the mattresses out of the beds and put them on the floor because otherwise we wouldn't be able to sleep at all

Liked: El sitio donde esta situado, porque tiene vistas al mar.

Disliked: Yo había pagado por una habitación para 4 personas, despúes de haberme registrado y darme la llave, cuando volvi al alberque para dormir, encontré dos personas durmiendo en mi habitación, por un error en la recepción les dieron las llaves equivocadas. En los baños y duchas para uso exclusivo de mujeres, te encontrabas con hombres. No recomendable para familias con niños.

Liked: The receptionist was really friendly, there were hot showers, the heating wasn´t broken (which is a rare thing to see)

Disliked: The room was a bit small and the bed wasn´t really comfy for anyone slightly taller, it was small as well

Liked: Lot of space in the kitchen and livingroom. Good location near supermarket and save parking.
