Liked: I wanted somewhere cheap and central, and it was both of those. also wanted to be able to sleep at night, and to just chill out, and it was pretty good for that too. would definatley stay there again/reccommend it to others. not a 'party' hostel, but that's not what i wanted - and they have a cat ^-^

Liked: Misty the cat, the cozy fireplace and sitting room, the view of the castle and the Ness River, the helpfulness of the staff, the kitchen-- all great!!

Liked: The location was great - only about a 10 minute walk from the bus station. The staff was very helpful and the atmosphere was very quaint! I loved the fireplace and cat! The beds were a great size, very comfortable, and the comforters were very warm. There was free tea and coffee and even fridge space to store food if you wanted to! All in all, this was a wonderful place to stay!

Liked: It was in a good location, however the staff were not very friendly or helpful. The shower had no hot water and the heaters were sub par leaving the rooms cold. I would not stay here again.

Liked: the palce is cozy and nice, bath rooms are large and the water pressure is good!! the beds are comfortable and the mattresses are thick!! had a good nite sleep..however, there´s no lock for our room door as we stayed in a dorm, only lockers are provided...thus it´s not too convenient for us!! the heater was working very mildly only, the room is rather cold due to the harsh weather in inverness..

Liked: Friendly staff, very clean and in an excellent location right next to the castle! 10mins walk from the train station! Beautiful view of the River Ness. Great quiet place, wouldn't exactly recommend it for people who are looking to party all night or who are really loud!

Liked: really nice and warm atmosphere exspecialy the lounge! Room are very clean and modern! Wounderfull view over the town!

Liked: Very central and quiet. I think if it were fully booked there wouldn't have been enough room for everybody to cook and sit down to their meals. As it was, there weren't enough mugs to go round at breakfast this morning. Another plug or two so that each kitchen sink had one would be a good idea, to make washing up easier and more thorough (most folk just rinsed items under a running tap).

Liked: Nice people - those fireworks at the gardern were a lot of fun), although they should know more about turist tours, sightseeing etc.
