Customer reviewThe atmosphere is good, from room 1 where we stayed we could see the Inverness castle. The showers on the ground floor were unisex, spacious and clean. There was a very cute cat in the lounge. Too bad we didn't have our country's coins or small bank notes to stick on the wall. |

Customer reviewIt´s the most comfortable hostel I´ve stayed in. It has a kitchen like at home, the showers are the most luxury, kontinental ones I´ve seen in Britain (hot and cold water NOT separated, wow!!! :D). Nice, safe looking toilets!!! (In a hostel!!!) The location is great, just under the castle and the rooms are clean (the problem is, they try to make it clean and comfortable, so teh buyed new beds made of steel, so if the visitors weren´t nice, they made them worn out a bit, so one did, when you slightly thrown yourself on it, strange noises) . It´s not a place to stay in, if you want to party all night, but It´s the best place to stay, if you are tired, just want a nice shower, food and bed, because you were traveling all day and have plans for the next day. They have a nice small common room with a fireplace. (It´s small, but it doesn´t bother, they are a small hostel as well.) I would recomend it, if you are traveling Scotland, even if you won´t visit Loch ness (the most boring thing ever). |

Toby AlltoftBazpackers was a great place to begin my travels in Scotland. The staff were very helpful and the hostel is located very close to the city centre. There is lots of character to the building and it was excellent value for money. |
