Liked: The best thing about this place is its atmosphere. It is located at the hillside and the view is fantastic, overlooking the castle. It has a kind of homely feeling towards it. You can't help but feel like being in a large family. The security is tight and the staffs are friendly. I miss Mistic a lot, super cute cat, remind me of Garfield!! ;-P

Liked: Staff very friendly and welcoming, helpful in sorting out laundry, directions, even helped me with an arts and crafts project I had to produce at last minute! Highly recommended.

Liked: Very friendly and familiar hostel. Unfortunately there was no parking lot available.But generally said this is indeed a problem in downtown Inverness. We had to go nearly one mile to get o proper and sevcure parking place.

Liked: Good atmosphere and no noise, which we really appreciated. The people who stayed there were all in their mid - late 20s and there to see the country and not to party. The staff was very friendly and we even got a double bed - very rare in hostels.

Liked: The staff is really friendliness. My room was very nice and quiet with a beautiful view on the river. I will come back for sure in this hostel!

Liked: Well, I must confess that it's the best hostel I've ever vsited. It hasn't space for many people, although that's what it gaves its charm. The staff was OK. You really felt as you were home, due to the little kitchen and the nice staying room, with its fire and comfortable seats. (And the chess!) If there is any people, it's the perfect place to meet new friends and to learn some cooking!
