Liked: Best Hostel in Inverness because of the fantstic staff. Games room, couches and great kitchen. Would reccomend to any traveller. Big cheers to hannah, neil and the irish bloke.

Liked: Great common rooms with gaming, computer, printing, cable TV all available. Staff were great and very sociable even when not working! WOuld highly recommend this hostel!

Disliked: Only slight problem was the kitchen - however this was obviously guests being too lazy to clean after themselves, and no reflection on the staff. Everything else was really clean. Maybe some signs asking people to clean up after themselves...?

Liked: Looked good, and had a great atmosphere. It had a great place to unwind, and fairly modern facilities.

Disliked: some of the other guests were allowed to run a little amok and took away from the overall experience. the parking too is restrictive. Though it was free on Sunday.

Liked: Very close to the bus station, centrally located. Friendly staff, great beds, clean bathrooms.

Liked: I only stayed 2 nights, and if I had needed to stay in Invernes longer , I wouldn't have hesitated to do so in Inverness Touris Hostel. Both Helen and Neil were really friendly and helpful. Cool guys, yep... The kitchen is really well equipped. I specially liked the fact of having three fridges and (the most important), it had a freezer!! :-D

Disliked: Maybe it wasn't the best heating system, but acceptable. The swinging doors at every floor were a bit stiff. I'd change them, cause anyone dragging his/her wheeled baggage may find it difficult to walk through them. I missed some camel's milk in the fridge, cause it doesn't curdle ;-)

Liked: Everything!!! The staff are amazing so friendly and hilarious, excellent facilities great common room and games room, great atmosphere, clean, great value for money, great location. Loved it wish I was able to spend more time at this hostel.

Disliked: Uncomfortable showering service (warm/hot water comes poorly), crowded kitchen all the time

Liked: The kitchen was really nice, great atmosphere in the common room, a nice family vibe at the hostel. Really good value

Disliked: The only thing was the showers weren't the best (not much pressure and hard to get hot water). Use the ones downstairs for a good shower!

Disliked: from about 9 pm to 3am horrific noise constantly making sleep impossible from disco/club close by, spoils complete stay

Disliked: Didnt realy dislike anything,got to grab the showers in the morning when you can if its fully booked.

Disliked: sometimes people are still talking too loudly in the nigh. the room is too small.

Liked: Location next to the bus station was ideal for me, and facilities were pretty good.

Disliked: The shower pressure was terrible, couldn't wash my hair. Need earplugs in order to get to sleep as the bar next door is incredibly loud.

Liked: Located at the heart of Inverness, you can go to every point of interest inside the city by walking. For the other places, the bus and train station are just around the corner [exactly as described]. Hostel was tidier than I expected, although is dificult to keep things neat and clean with 50 messy gests around. Staff was very helpful and nice to everyone.

Disliked: Just one shower working properly on my storey [two were out]. That was the only thing I would have to complain. But honestly, for 18quid/day you don't expect to be in a 5star, do you?

Liked: The central location is the only good thing.

Disliked: The staff do not clean properly when they do attempt to clean, my room was damp, smelled bad, had a window that didn't close, the showers and toilets were dirty and the kitchen wasn't very well equipped.
