 really nice and helpful staff, also showed me to tourist information, bus station etc. immediately. good atmosphere, choice between peace and quiet and partying, perfect location.

While this wasn't my favorite hostel yet, it was a typical hostel there were lots of people there and it was loud- there is a pub downstairs that is very loud at night. However the staff were nice and cared about everyone staying there. There is a kitchen which is nice if you're there for an extended period of time.

The hostel has very comfortable couches siuated in the lounge and at various points around the hostel. The central location is excellent.
The things that are well below par are the mattresses. When you lie on the matresses all you feel is the the springs. Not what you need for a good nights sleep.

The staff, and the kitchen was bright and lovely. There were also some charming seagulls serenading us outside our window.
