Liked: Super friendly atmosphere! Quite clean and met a lot of really awesome ppl here! Shower situation wasn't fantastic as there were limited amounts of showers and some didn't work/didn't have hot water/etc. But as long as you avoid showering when everyone else gets up you could usually get a decent shower! Probably my favourite hostel so far. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was really great also.

Liked: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great- right next to the castle, River Ness, and near the train station. Building has a cozy sitting room and kitchen open for use by anyone. Hot chocolate and tea were also great!

Liked: The staff were really friendly and helpful. I think the directions to this place weren't clear. It can be confusing if you arrive at night and try to look for this hostel because the roads fork several times, and there is no street sign that actually say Culduthel Road. Just head towards Inverness Castle, then continue up the road on the left, not the one going downhill (that's another street). Its not very far from the castle at all. Its very convenient having free wifi, but there were no power plugs in the rooms, you'd have to use them downstairs, or have a long extension cord to your room.

Liked: This was my first hostel stay ever! I would highly recommend this place to travelers of all ages. Great staff - always friendly and greet you when you enter, definitely buy the breakfast (Cereal, Juice, Bagel/Scone, 2 slices of toast) - take the 2 slices of bread and make a sandwich for lunch! No lockout and there is perfectly good WI-FI. Wish there was a locker of some sort for belongings but there is a lock on the room. I would stay there again when visiting Inverness!

Liked: excellent staff. great ambience with the staff playing guitar, great location. only thing that they didnt light the fire like it said in the advert :( and the hostel next door had one.

Liked: This was the best hostel we stayed in by far for the whole 4 months. The staff are amazing and very helpful. We had a great time here partying with the staff, we would definately stay here again!! Awesome place...

Liked: I enjoyed the atmosphere, it felt like you were staying with friends rather than strangers. I also enjoyed the spices and oils in the kitchen and being able to cook with flavour for once!

Liked: The staff were friendly and the hostel itself had friendly atmosphere.The room was for 6 people, but it was really specioius. Clean.One downside, while having a shower, the light suddenly switched off and on twice. As the shower room was small, it became complete dark and made me difficult to carry on.
