Liked: it was really close to the train station

Disliked: the staff were a bit unorganised, we got in at 10 and weren't allowed to check in until 5 due to lock out, which was a bit long but we went out and came back at 5 only to find the reception desk empty.

Liked: The private room was nice and had a sink inside. Bathrooms were clean.

Disliked: The staff member who checked us is was not very helpful for the "early checkout" that they said to notify them about if we needed to leave sooner. The staff isn't on duty 24 hours a day so for the early checkout I had to slide the keys under the reception door.

Liked: The private house is basic but has absolutely everything required for a comfortable stay. Good clean house, clean beds, fully functional kitchen, just don't expect a plasma tv! Perfect for getting your head down, lovely and warm.

Disliked: nothing.

Disliked: Old facilities, noisy, non funcion shower in third floor.

Disliked: The linens were not clean. We experienced itchiness due to old linens, feels like they did not change it.

Liked: Even all the way up on the third floor there was a kitchen and lounge, which made life really easy for sorting breakfast adn tea etc. The lounge featured some comfortable sofas too which made for a relaxing end to the day!

Disliked: The shower on the third floor wasn't in operation during my stay there, which was never a problem as there was always another shower available just one floor down.

Liked: It's pretty well located, cheap and its atmosphere is really friendly. That guy (staff) from Czech Republic is a nice man!

Liked: Staff were very friendly and and helpful. We were staying at the 3rd floor and the manager was good enough to carry our suitcase to our room. Most of all location location location...close to the train station, department and convenience store.

Disliked: No lift.

Disliked: VERY unfriendly, disorganized, unhelpful staff, didn't give you any directions when you asked, couldn't give back the£10 deposit for the keys because they couldn't find it!!! There was another girl in the same situation and they insisted that we hadn't payed!! Luckily they found it, but we all had a bad time. The front door key didn't work well, so they warned us to be careful as some people had had to spend the night OUTSIDE several times before! If the staff is aware of this, why haven't they fixed the problem instead of warning you like "go out at your own risk"??? Shameful! This is not their fault, but there was a girl in her mid thirties who didn't understand the concept of a room with 8 beds and kept WAKING UP OTHER PEOPLE WHEN THEY SNORED!!! I couldn't believe my eyes, it was so outrageous! When you go to a place like that, you should know the rules and if you can't afford a better place, you can't complain then, and ASSUME what sleeping with other people in the same room is like. Awful atmosphere because of this irrespectful person who shook other people's bed when they make some noise, as "she couldn't sleep". I HOPE YOUR BASIC LEVEL OF ENGLISH LET YOU UNDERSTAND THIS MESSAGE; I'M THE ONE WHO WOKE YOU UP IN THE MORNING TO TELL YOU HOW RUDE YOU ARE. PEOPLE WITH THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOUR SHOUD BE REPORTED TO THE STAFF, BUT THEY DID THEIR JOB SO BADLY THAT IT WASN'T WORTH IT.

Disliked: the room was very tiny, with a two-bunk bed, and tilet outside the room. it was not in the main building - not in the center of town-and we were not notified that it would be smewhere else. not like it was described at the website.
