Customer reviewIf you want a place that's close to the action of downtown, this is the place for you. If you want a nice, quiet sleep, look elsewhere. |

Customer reviewwhat i didnt like was the noise, everyone from the highlands was on high street shouting and being drunk and people were making a lot of noise in the hostel too. dont stay here if you want a quiet nights sleep. also the beds were uncomfortable. |

Tyrel MitchellI found this hostel disgustingly dirty and the staff were unhelpful. On our first night at the hostel they placed us in a room full of men on a bucks night. I found this very inappropriate as these guests were loud and very drunk. There were only 2 toilets on a floor with at least 10 dorms full of people and these amenities were extremely dirty. I would never recommend anyone stay at this hostel. |

Customer reviewNot clean at all ! The bathrooms were disgusting (water everywhere on the floor, weird stuff on the curtains...), no soap in the bathrooms and toilets, the dirty sheets on the clean ones when you give them back in the morning, weird stains on the towels, the kitchen wasn't clean either... And at our window we found old bottles, a mug (?), and all sort of litters...really nice... No room in the rooms. We were in a 4 beds dorm and luckily knew each other so we put our stuff everywhere, but if you don't know the people in the room it might be very annoying... And for the staff : not helpful... In the morning (9 am, a decent hour I think) we had to wait for someone for 45 minutes, because we wanted to put our luggage in the luggage room (and we had ab us to catch !...)... And the guy we caught wasn't even going to work at the desk, he was just passing through...And didn't seem to mind our waiting for ages... So my advice : if you don't want to spend too much to stay in inverness and you don't mind the dirtiness go there, but otherwise DON'T. |

Customer reviewThe beds have bed bugs which left a rash on my face! the bathrooms aren't very clean...bad organisation by the staff meant some people came into the room late at night and claimed beds that already belonged to other people. another small problem was the location of the power points...under ohers peoples beds! the kitchen opening time was a pain for people leaving early in the morning.. but as a backpacker..you need to budget...and you get what you pay for...so i cant complain much more as the room was so cheap. |

Liam Drummond-ClarkYou get what you pay for here. The Hostel is perfectly acceptable for the price and in a good location. It is pretty average on the cleanliness front. Internet is very expensive. |

Customer reviewOk, the location is excellent, but there are rotting things in the fridges. The staff are friendly and outgoing. :) |

Ezra NashWas very central and easy to get to. The room was very over cramped though - too many beds in a little space. |

Customer reviewThe wireless signal is weak and the wired internet is not free here. The cloakroom access only needs the password and many persons can take all baggage away anytime, so it is not very safe. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is very well located and pretty from the outside (a lot less from the inside). The sheets are clean and the people friendly. There is a little playroom but not enough showers per floor. But most of all, we had a bad problem in our dormatory in the middle of the night (a crazy agressive person) and there was no one to help, no receptionist, no night gardian, no emergency phone so we had to call the police. |

Customer reviewThe hostel is quite clean, the staff are friendly and theres lots of people to meet. In saying that, it is a big hostel and the beds are squeezed into the rooms. It becomes impossible when you add the fact that peoples bags are everywhere. |
