Liked: The common room is well-lighted and appointed. Good for working with laptops, internet. Also, the kitchen was well-equipped and well-maintained. Bathrooms were excellent--shared but private.

Liked: Highly recommended; I certainly can't relate to the negative comments. The staff bent over backwards to facilitate any concerns I had while staying here, the prices were great considering the location, which is fantastic. The kitchen is the biggest I've used in all of Europe (it has three ovens!) The common area is really big and great for meeting people, and I met loads of people who we became friends with and went out for drinks every night during my stay. Very positive atmosphere. Most of all, it's cheap, and I have trouble seeing why.

Liked: The location is great and is only minutes from anything in Inverness. The 16 bed room I booked was a bit cramped and I had to flip the matress to eliminate a slope towards the floor but everything else was fine. The staff were always helpful and readily available. The showers, kitchen and security were great.

Liked: Great value - I payed just 10pounds for a 16 bed dorm. The room wasn't anything special but nothing to complain about. Bathrooms were nice & clean; kitchen was clean and a good size, and everything worked! Great location in the middle of town; easy walking distance to train & coach station, bars, the river etc. Staff were friendly and helpful; I had a great time. Would definitely recommend it.

Liked: The staff was really friendly and helpful. The baths were absolutly clean and the rooms comfortable. It`s one of the cheapest hostels I know for sleeping but if you want to use some other services ( locker, wash maschine, towel, internet) you have to pay always a extra charge. The prices are acceptable.

Liked: Great location. Great atmosphere and place to relax. Big common rooms with lots to do. Only thing is that it was a little unorganized at times. Other wise very nice and very clean! Great kitchen!
