Customer reviewI didn't like that it didn't have individual lamps for every bed. But other than that it was okay. |

Customer reviewWe definitely didn't like this place and the average facilities which have been exaggerated on the website's description were not helped by the fact that there was a massive school group staying whilst we were there - kids running around at all hours of the night and jumping off beds in the rooms above us. If the hostel had been courteous enough to tell us about this massive group booking staying there at the same time you couldn't have paid us to stay there! The interior photos on the site are accurate but the exterior was certainly not as welcoming...looks a little more like a bad school camp. Staff were not welcoming or overly helpful. Beds, and shower facilities were average and it is definitely not 'the best hostel in Scotland'. Be warned...rooms may not be a secure as you think...we accidentally walked into another room using our 'private' room key card. |

Customer reviewIt was a bit of a walk from the bus station, but not too far. Staff were friendly and helpful. The showers on our floor were out of order, and I suspect they had been that way for a while. There needed to be hooks or somewhere in the shower stalls to hang up clothes and bags, they only had a ring for towels and so my things got wet. |
