Liked: A kitchen to cook. We were obliged to eat out, the kitchen being dedicated to staff only.

Liked: It was clean and friendly but very hard to find when arriving in the city. Their website was not helpful with this either. Also, when we finally arrived, no one was there and it was locked. We sat outside for 30 minutes waiting for them to return. It looks like it is not a working hostel from the outside.

Liked: Staff is really helpful and friendly! If you need to arrive at the hostel after midnight, just phone and a solution will be easily found.

Liked: Large clean and cosy room. Near the SECC where we went for a concert. Tracy, the owner was really helpful and let us keep the room all afternoon the last day.

Liked: Huge room with large soft beds and quiet athmosphere. A big plus that it is located in the West end and that it is possible to walk to both Byres road and the City centre
