Liked: Good breakfast and nice staff. It could be a bit clearer on the website that all rooms are not en-suite (this becomes clear at the booking stage though). It is a no-smoking building, but our room did smell of cigarette smoke on arrival. Rooms are simple and worn, but comfortable and clean. Good location, very close to city centre but on a quiet street.

Liked: Nice and not expensive plc to spend night in Gl'gow. Great location, wee bit problem with finding parking, but still, satisfying for me.

Liked: +: friendly staff, good typical scottish breakfast for free, location near the street where a lot of pubs and restaurants are, private bedroom for 3 with shower and toilets direct nearby-: only 1/3 towel in the room at the arrival, old furniture, odd smell in the bedroom

Liked: This place was more of a hotel than a hostel had a sink tea and coffee in the room. The single beds were fine but I would not use the double beds there because they sag an you end up rolling into each other.

Liked: We had an excellant stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We felt welcome, safe and we were withing walking distance to a great coffee house and all the shopping Glasgow has to offer.

Liked: Place was clean but a bit tatty/worn, especially the bedroom. Never did find the advertised lounge. Breakfast was good and the staff very pleasant. Wouldn't recommend for a romantic getaway but OK for a cheap place to stay in the city.

Liked: A very good stay in Glasgow! The breaskfast is one of the main star of this simple hostel. A good place to go with couple! The hostel is in Renfrew Street the same that has the Glasgow School of Arts. Very near a lot of bars, restaurants...I recommend!

Liked: Nice enough place. Easy to find but a good 20-25 minutes walk from the bus station. No wifi in room although there may have been some downstairs as we didn't check.

Liked: Very friendly staff and good that we could leave the bags in the front desk,after checking out.Good location of the guest house,very close to bars and restaurants.One minus was that the breakfast ended already at 9 in the morning even in the weekend.
