Customer reviewslightly above average as far as hostels go. had a bit more of a hotel feel though. no bunk beds, instead there was more comfortable singles and doubles. staff were not very polite however. |

nurnadrah ramalanthe fact that they let us changed into a better room after the tv set in ours not working is very much welcomed. the staff geraldine and sarah (kitchen's staff) are very nice people and helpful. the room is spacious and clean but dont ask for ground floor room as it is very stuffy there. but overall it is an OK experience.furthermore, breakfast is superb! and for the elderlies try searching for another hotel unless u are coming there by a taxi,if not,it will be quite a climb for u. the area where the guesthouse is situated is on a steep hill. |
